Ah, Baltimore. The other city that never sleeps, primarily because its homicide rate is the highest in the country. Also interestingly, it’s a city big on gun control. How could a city with strict gun laws have such a high murder rate? I thought having more firearm laws would save lives.
But true to the form of the insane, Baltimore is going to keep pushing forward with the idea that doesn’t work and promote gun restrictions by busing school children to Washington D.C. in order to participate in the March for Our Lives event this month. Not just a class, or representatives from a Baltimore school, but 3,000 students total.
What’s more is that Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh has announced that 60 buses will be provided for “free,” to the students who go, as well as meals and free t-shirts, according to the Baltimore Sun’s Kevin Rector.

You wonder if the Rent A Crowd companies that typically recruit from the local giggling academies are going to be busy as well for that occasion?
Yeah, who (let me think) is gonna foot the bill for these brats from all over the USA to congregate in d.c.?

Baltimore has become the murder capital of the country after that fiasco a couple of years ago when the mayor told the police to stand down and let the rioters riot.
These kids need to be in school learning their lessons, not playing activists for their democRAT parents and teachers and school administrators.
Besides, Baltimore is broke. Where are they getting money to bus "thousands" of kids to DC?
In my day, we took field trips. This is not a field trip. This is a scheme to use kids to push the Left's gun ban agenda. Despicable behavior by school authorities.

That's one big difference between liberal and conservative. These liberals want big government because they see it as their piggybank, their spending account, they cannot connect the dots.
In addition to $100,000 for buses and lunch, Mayor Stuck on stupid is also spending $200,000 on legal fees for illegals, it was announced today.
This is all a part to the DemonRAT conspiracy to destroy President Trump and change the very roots of America. The 2018 elections are their target plan to take out Republican dominance in Congress. They are using the gun issue as an Alinsky tactic to demonize Trump and the Republican party.
By taking over both houses of Congress, DemonRATs can proceed with trumped-up impeachment charges and impose an illegitimate regime. It is their only way to further their irrational extreme agenda that will make America an impoverished nation ruled by fiat for the benefit of an elite criminal class. I hope America wakes up to the reality of their aims. This is no Chicken Little fantasy, as they would portray it, to demonize those who voice the warning. Like Communist totalitarians of the past, the Left disguises their underlying conspiracy by using virtue signaling red herrings to distract those, who they want to subdue, from their true intentions, the imposition of a Communist state.
NJ cities saw the same results after telling cops to lay off blacks on our major highways; they started “de-policing” (only writing accident reports) and the cities in the northeast immediately saw spikes in violence. It was clear the cops had been intercepting many guns and drugs coming up from the South, and were no longer doing so.
While the murders of blacks rose, at least they weren’t getting speeding tickets and such.../s
I’m sure they can afford that.
Maybe it will pour down rain all day, let’s see how dedicated all the student props are.
