Sylvester Stallone Assault Accuser Files Santa Monica Police Report
Hollywood Reporter ^ | 12/21/17 | Ryan Parker

Sylvester Stallone was accused of sexual assault in a police report filed in Santa Monica, Lt. Saul Rodriguez of the Santa Monica Police Department confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.

The alleged victim filed a report last month, Rodriguez said. The incident occurred in the 1990s. No further information was available.

Technically, the alleged incident is past the statute of limitations for California. It is unclear if police will investigate nevertheless.

This is the second time that the Rocky actor has been accused of sexual assault in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal, which rocked Hollywood since the first New York Times story broke about the mogul on Oct. 5.

No way to tell at this point whether it is true, a vastly mischaracterized consensual encounter, or a complete fabrication. Given the possibility that this is some sort of revenge or punishment for not paying, I will ignore the claim. Had she reported it promptly, with proof beyond a reasonable doubt, I would have been happy to send Stallone to prison for decades.

It sure seems a lot of these incidents are from the 1990s. I wonder if Clinton’s ability to get away with sexual assault meant it was okay for them too.

Don’t think so. I went to UCLA back in the ‘60s and so brushed up against the Hollywierdos quite a bit.

Also, wife in the ‘70s family was pretty closely associate with the movie set.

There were some strange people back then but I think the celebrity worship of the ‘80s and ‘90s, and the fact they got away with it, encouraged more of this behavior.

But the movie crowd, IMHO, has always had a deviant streak in it.

I read about a personals ad in the Village Voice next to all the ads soliciting kinky sex. It went

“Young man, horny, just wants to do it. The old way: him on top, her on bottom, face to face, lots of kissing before & after. Isn’t there ANYBODY!!?”

;^)

It sure does seem like a number of the sexual assault charges are for ridiculous things like being asked for a phone number or other such thing. That diminishes belief in actual assaults.

There is a thing called statute of limitations. Even if true, its way too late.

Male or female accuser? That would shed some light on credibility.

"Accuser: “..... crap.”"

Lawyer: "No . . No . . Then you say 'I was afraid, he said he'd see that I'd never work in this town.'

Accuser: How about I say 'He said he'd kill me.'?

Lawyer: "Now yer getten it."
