Levin: Trump is the most conservative president since Reagan
Conservative Review ^ | 12-18-2017

LevinTV host Mark Levin praised President Trump on his radio program Monday night for having, by his estimation, a very successful first year in office, and called him “the most conservative president since Ronald Reagan.”

Trump’s interest in politics is part of being a successful builder in Manhattan, the toughest market in the country. You aren’t getting a permit to build a dog house without knowing the right people. At least not within an average lifetime. And when you’re building on Trump’s scale, your survival requires that you know your politicians inside and out.

He also had to know everything about the construction business; he understands the workers and how to make things happen ahead of schedule and under budget.

Throw in his expertise in understanding economics and we’ve got just about the ideal leader for our time.

We’ve had plenty of intellectual morons running things into complete ruin. Now we have actual common sense to go with a keen mind.

Do you have any idea how hard that man tried to destroy Trump’s campaign to become one of our best presidents?

You can listen to him if you like, but any idiot that stupid, that dangerous to our cause, that incapable of listening and getting it, is someone I’ll NEVER respect or listen to again.

If he had his way, Hillary would be president.

He trashed Trump incessantly. There was only one other person running.

At the crossroads of our nation’s future, this man stabbed it in the back.

You said it far more kindly than I would.

Levine is a lying never Trumper who, face it, only changed his tune to save his ratings.

He really isn't all that bright.

Did you actually read what I said...
Yes, I do have an idea, as I stated I actually spared with him here on Free Republic as well as wrote emails, etc...

But he endorsed Trump right after labor day—late, but like Rush Limbaugh who was not a Trump supporter through some of the primary, Levin came around.

BTW, The only talkers who supported Trump from the get-go were Hannity, Pirro and Ingraham, and half of Free Republic threw them under the bus last month due to the Roy Moore interview...just sayin.

I am willing to let past stay in the past**—I won’t easily forget but I will forgive as Levin has now become an ardent supporter—both on TV and on radio. He has some excellent analysis on what is going on as he worked for AG.

**Same way Free Republic was not a Trump site at the beginning of Trump’s campaign when I was supporting Trump and many who are still here were not supporting Trump...They have come around so I let the past stay in the past.

...Levin has now become an ardent supporter...

...because it's good for business.

levine would turn on the President at the earliest opportunity if it meant better ratings.

Levin was taking pot shots at Trump right up until Election Day.

Every few days he had something negative to say.

Here’s the test for me.

If everyone had acted like Levin, Hillary Clinton would be president right now.

Think about what that would have done to our nation.

Now, explain again how We should forgive Levin, knowing he would have destroyed our nation if we had adopted his view of Trump.

Levin is worth less than dog poop to me.

These primadonas seem to think they get one nation kill shot mulligan.

No, they don’t.

When our nation’s fate is on the line, and they can’t get over their own ego, screw em.

Obviously he can’t do an opinion show that’s nothing but Mea Culpas.

But refreshing his now and again couldn’t hurt.

However, I do agree with you. Those who trashed early Trump supporters should be first in line to admit their arguments were caca, and our refutations of them, solidly reasoned.

if that guy in Titanic “acquired” a lifeboat seat, and then doesn’t want to bail out water...

but, if he starts bailing...

While I’ll be the first to admit your “take” on Trump is plausible, though I don’t agree with it because I don’t think it gives Trump enough credit for knowing what he was getting into.

I believe he knew EXACTLY what he was getting into, hence his unparalleled ability to shrug off that which sunk other campaigns.

I think Trump is, and always was, a solid conservative judging by the way he lived his life and ran his affairs.

However, I also believe his public persona was a “part” he needed to play to move at the highest levels of glitterati needed to solidify his “brand.”

“He endorsed him and said we had to vote for him even though he was a cad.”

A “left-handed endorsement” if there ever was one.

I am shocked and glad he said this, but he is a blind man who REFUSED to see a new Reagan in Trump.

The rest of us saw the truth.

Mark is just as likely to flip back to the other side next year.

Mark has no discernment capability.

That is a lie.

He most definitely said he would never vote for Trump the weeks immediately after the National Enquirer did the piece on Cruz’s dad

You lie.

More conservative than Reagan. Not even close.

Where did you read that? "MOST conservative SINCE Reagan" is what Mark Levin said. And he's right!
