In an interview with a local D.C. TV station, Rosenstein admired the monster he created, who now runs an alleged investigation into supposed Russia-Trump collusion but which quickly morphed into what amounts to be a silent coup against a sitting President of the United States:
The U.S. Department of Justice official who appointed special counsel Robert Mueller to investigate Russian efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election said he is satisfied with the special counsel’s work….Rosenstein has much to be accountable for. Yes, Virginia, this is a witch hunt. Robert Mueller III was appointed special counsel after his friend, the vindictive former FBI Director James Comey, committed a federal crime by leaking a memo which was a government record to the press. Mueller has picked staff and prosecutors as if he were stocking Hillary Clinton’s Department of Justice. He has picked a bevy of Clinton donors, an attorney who worked for the Clinton Foundation, a former Watergate assistant prosecutor, and even a senior adviser to Eric Holder. Objective professionals all.“The Office of Special Counsel, as you know, has a degree of autonomy from the Department of Justice. But there is appropriate oversight by the department. That includes budget. But it also includes certain other details of the office. It is part of the Department of Justice. And we’re accountable for it.”
Thanks to Rosenstein, Mueller is in fact colluding with Comey and Clinton moles to enact revenge on President Trump for Comey’s firing, something which even Comey said Trump was constitutionally entitled to do. There is no evidence of collusion with Russia or obstruction of justice. It is not obstruction of justice for a President to exercise his legal and constitutional authority.
The facts and the lack of an actual crime will not stop Robert Mueller. Just show him the man, or woman, and he will show you the crime. As Professor Alan Dershowitz writes in the Washington Examiner:
Special counsel Robert Mueller was commissioned to investigate not only crime but the entire Russian "matter." That is an ominous development that endangers the civil liberties of all Americans.Indeed, now we here reports that Mueller’s investigation will range anywhere from Jared Kutchner’s finances to perhaps any unpaid parking tickets Sean Spicer may have. One does not have to go back to the Soviet Union and Lavrentiy Beria's infamous boast to Stalin, "Show me the man and I will show you the crime," in order to be concerned about the expansion of elastic criminal statutes. There are enough examples of abuse in our own history.
From McCarthyism to the failed prosecutions of Sen. Ted Stevens, Rep. Thomas DeLay, Gov. Rick Perry and others, we have seen vague criminal statutes stretched in an effort to criminalize political differences.
Rosenstein is apparently satisfied with what amount to moles from Team Clinton being involved in both the sham collusion investigation and the Comey cover up of Hillary Clinton’s crimes with the head mole being one Peter Strzok. As Byron York reports in the Washington Examiner:

Yeah, the executive branch. We have to wait 19 more years for Jeff Van Winkel to wake uo and fire this steamer.
The endgame is pretty obvious. He’s going to run out of people dumb enough to lie to the FBI. Since the president cannot be charged directly, he’ll bring his case to congress, where it’ll then be in their hands. Since you’ll never get a majority of Republicans in the House and 2/3rds in the Senate to impeach, it’ll fail, leaving the Rats looking like idiots.
Rumor is that Mueller is pursuing the Trump mob connections he supposedly has down in FL. (If you're doing big business in FL, however, you'll inherently rub elbows with such people somewhere, sometime.)
The choices for Trump are 1) fire RM now when it's clear he has nothing on his original mandate, the Russian-Trump connection, or 2) Wait until RM comes out with something that will appear so bad that the GOPe Never-Trumpers and Dems, working together, can use to impeach Trump, with Trump hoping (against hope?) it can't fuel a successful impeachment fire, even when screamed by the Ministry of Smoke and Mirrors and political Left, but I repeat myself.
At that point, however, very few changeable votes will be assessing the wishes of the citizenry. The political Left, GOPe and Never-Trumpers will be screaming for blood. It is a coup, just as was engaged in again and again by Obama.
With Obama, his pattern was to rely on the military and Intelligence Community, just as Erik Prince testified recently, that he and Trump were confirmed to have been surveilled by Obama, even outside the FISA court!
Make no mistake, however, the GOPe will do whatever they can to get rid of Trump!
I’m thinking Sessions may be Rosenstein’s and Mueller’s bitch.

A local TV station interview? What a cowardly way for Rat Rosenstein to make a public statement. He needs to be taken before Congress again and publicly flogged. ASAP.
Mueller, Rosenstein, Weissman and the rest are, effectively, an enemy spy and saboteur cell determined to bring down the President. They all need to be arrested and tried for the conspirators that they are.
Rosenstein is the one the AG should fire. This is madness.imho

How did Mueller get indictments so quickly while Benghazi went no where for YEARS?

I would have been one of the ones bragging on Sessions. He’s been a good leader and has been strong on illegal aliens.
Something happened after he got in. He’s scared now.
That’s not the Jeff Sessions I knew.

Of course he is, he is part of the swamp. Too bad Trump or sessions don’t see it.
Sessions changed overnight. They got to him good.

I’m sure Trump sees it, but is reminded of Nixon’s firing Archibald Cox and how that turned the tide of the American public. Ok, under Walter Cronkite’s tutelage, then.
I wonder if there is a way for, say, Judicial Watch to sue Mueller and shut it down. He apparantly should have recused himself for conflicts right from the start. Also, they didn’t follow the law by not stating the underlying crime. Couldn’t some outside legal beagles go to court, try to shut it down? Anyone in contact with Tom Fitton or Andy McCarthy for opinion?
Expenses wouldn’t be a problem—just ask for donations. Half the friggen country would respond.
