Ok, haven’t heard that. I guess that’s possible. But remember, ISIS is claiming responsibility, and those claims are usually true. And the Sheriff mentioned the word “radicalization”. I tend to agree with that, although I am not aware of ISIS ever having paid money for any terrorist acts.
