As silly and stupid as it was, I'd take the original series over any other since any day. Laughing with it and at it made for far more entertaining television, IMO.

One episode of NG cost as much as an entire season of TOS. And had 10% of the entertainment value. I thought at one time that if Picard said he wanted to “explore feelings” one more time I was gonna burn Hollywood to the ground.
