With all of the Democrat politicians backtracking, could there be a legal action taken against the ANTIFA crowd?

I’m also a black conservative. I’m currently in California visiting relatives, ALL of whom are liberal Democrats. I can’t even begin to describe the level of sheer unthinking hatred some of them have for our President. It is literally off the hook, and there is no slightest chance of reasoning with them.
Entering their bubble these last few days was an experience I won’t soon forget.

In America, the largest employers of black people are governments – local, state, and federal. Government employees as a whole (military personnel excluded) vote majority democrat. This too, crosses all racial boundaries. Thus a large part of the black population votes democrat.
People are mislead into believing that Republicans want to do away completely with government, however, nothing could be further from the truth.
What they want is a government that is less intrusive & to get them out of the business of providing cradle to grave assistance to any one other than those who are truly in need of long term government assistance.
Most importantly though, they want a government that obeys it own laws as defined in the Constitution, and prohibit lawmakers of the land from enacting laws that they exclude themselves from. This has become a problem with both parties, not just Democrats.
To return to being a nation of laws, & especially those spelled out in our Constitution, we need to do the following: examine the rulings of our judges, & those who rule by activism need to be replaced with judges that will rule Constitutionally, & not as activists. Those replacements who prove themselves incapable of doing so should bring about yet another round of replacements for them. Then & only then will people of every ethnicity be on equal ground & justice administered fairly.
My daughter is one of four known Charlottesville conservatives. I wore my MAGA hat last week when I stopped to see her.
She said that few if any agitators were locals. Antifa were probably students though.
