I said that last night and again tonight, but nobody said that. Wait, did I just say that? After spending an hour Tuesday night fake moderating a panel during which President Trump was referred to as unhinged and other synonyms of that word dozens of times, CNN fake host Don Lemon responded nobody said that about the President last night when a guest challenged him for calling the President crazy and unhinged. Because, after all, this is CNN.
Theyre like a modern-day Martin and Lewis, only without the talent. During that same segment, both Lemon and fellow CNN fake host Brian Stelter repeatedly claimed that Ronald Reagan suffered from Alzheimers disease during the second term of his presidency, a complete lie make up by former Fox News Host Bill OReilly in a recent book. That lie has been thoroughly debunked by Reagans doctors who did not diagnose the ex-President with the disease until 1994, five years after he had left office and dozens of Reagans colleagues. But Lemon and Stelter did what CNNs fake hosts do when caught in lies, and repeated it over and over and over again.
Hey, if he can lie about dead guys, he can lie about live ones too. Perhaps that skill for making up lies about long-dead American figures that fill best-selling books is why CNNs honchos are reportedly negotiating to bring OReilly in as a fake host for their own network. They obviously have an eye for appropriate CNN fake talent.
But lying, vindictive fake journalists are not limited to CNN. Wall Street Journal Editor Gerard Baker found that out the hard way on Wednesday. Having grown weary of seeing his own reporters exhibit an anti-Trump bias and disregard for truth everyone is used to seeing from the NYTimes and WaPo, Baker lectured his staff to stick to the facts when reporting on the President and his administration. Before he could say Trump Derangement Syndrome, Baker found that his personal emails had been leaked to the public. This behavior is obviously an epidemic within the journalistic profession, not something that is limited to employment at specific outlets.
And the lying at media outlets is not limited to fake journalists. ESPN President John Skipper is so damn stupid that he actually decided to defend his moronic, indefensible decision to deny play-by-play guy Robert Lee the chance to call a University of Virginia football game because his name is, well, Robert Lee. Skipper issued a statement on Wednesday in which he now claims the person who initiated discussion about the assignment was Mr. Lee himself, a claim that is patently unbelievable. Mr. Lee, who is an Asian American who will never in his life be mistaken as a descendant of Confederate General Robert E. Lee, isnt commenting on the matter. If a fish rots from the head down, ESPN is well and truly rotted.
So, youre saying the truth hurts The NYTimes published a story in its Thursday edition headlined Trump, Calling Journalists Sick People, Puts Media On Edge. Given that only a sick person would write such a headline, pen the article underneath it, put it on Page 1 and call it news, it appears President Trump is onto something. You keep hoping that these sick people in the journalist profession might eventually take a step back and engage in a little group introspection. But self-awareness is never a strong point in sick people.
Bartender, Ill have whatever those 5% are drinking, and make it a double. A new Rasmussen survey reveals that 47% of likely voters believe that when reporters write or talk about President Trump, they are trying to block the president from passing his agenda. Forty-one percent think members of the media are simply interested in reporting the news in an unbiased manner, while 5 percent feel they are trying to help Trump pass his agenda. Proving, of course, that 41% of likely voters are hopeless nitwits.
Just another day in fake news media America.
That is all.
Don Sucka Lemon
On CNN recently, a news anchorette almost became hysterical and said "someone (a journalist) is going to get hurt". Ask Reginald Denny about that. The fake news propagandists are perfectly willing to incite violence targeting others(on the right), and dissension, so long as they themselves are not targeted.
Still drunk.
