Putin: TV Trump Very Different From Real Trump
Fox News Insider ^ | July 8, 2017

Russian President Vladimir Putin declared that "Television Trump" is very different from the real President Trump.

“As I see it, Television Trump is very different from the real person,” Putin said Saturday at a press conference. “He is absolutely concrete, absolutely adequately perceives the interlocutor, quite quickly analyzes, answers questions or draws from the discussions some new elements.

“As regards personal relations, I think they are established,” the Russian president stated.

The two world leaders met for the first time at the three day G-20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany. Their meeting spread to two and a half hours instead of the planned half hour.

Russia's meddling in the U.S. presidential election was not resolved in the meeting, but the presidents did agree upon a cease-fire in Syria.

Afterwards, the Russian foreign minister asserted that Trump had accepted Putin's denial of election interference, a claim the White House pushed back on.

“There is no basis to believe that Russia interfered in the electoral process of the United States,” Putin said....

Assaunge and others say that Russia was not the source of the leaked e-mails.

Putin very diplomatically avoided saying something like...

“I never thought America would elect someone I could take seriously.”

Oh how I wish he had said that.

I agree with you about that Rubio/Cruz tag teaming against Trump was the last straw. Part of my discomfort was that the two candidates with questionable native born American citizenship were ganging up on the most patriotic American original candidate imaginable.

If Russia really wanted to get Hitlery they would have released to Wikileaks the 30,000 + emails that she destroyed, which they surely have.

Interesting that the people who SAY that Russia was NOT the source are the people who actually received those leaked documents and would know exactly where they came from.

You can say that again!

When it comes to what Savage considers the important criteria “language, borders and culture’ (whatever one might think of Savage, I think he nails it here), Trump as both candidate and President gets it better than anyone in my lifetime.

He may yet say something like that after there’s a little distance from this meeting with Trump. Perhaps down the road after they’ve struck some important arrangement between our nations.

Ex-president Obama ‘invaded’ Putin's space during one of those international meetings, and the Left cheered as if that was some kind of accomplishment.

Vlad snickered privately, he could take on BHO and the America who elected him any day.

You don't see a real man (i.e., Trump) behave like this kind of infantile way.

In the Senate I would not trade Cruz for anyone else and would like to see him replace our current Democrat Senate Majority Leader. But I would not like to see him in the Presidency. When the Left is all exiled or in prison Cruz would make an excellent President.

stay tuned, he may say it yet.

They’re just getting started, but a more auspicious beginning could hardly be imagined. Another total Trump win.

Cruz lost me when he blamed Trump for one of the campaign rallies being disrupted by the Democrat hooligans.

Same here. I was for Cruz all the way, as I really believed in his commitment to conservatism. But, then, he disappointed me with some of his actions and some of his statements.

Couldn’t stand Trump. But I began to listen to what he was saying about the border and about trade deals. I remember saying that if he did even half of what he was promising that he would accomplish a great deal for this nation.

I consider myself a social conservative. Trump is not one. But I truly believe that he means it when he says “Make America great again”, and I believe that he loves this country and will do what is best for America. I believe he will do what he can to protect our sovereignty, and if we don’t have sovereignty, we don’t have a country. So I can live with Trump’s lack of conservative values in some areas.

I think you should spend a few hours watching Putin’s speeches, especially at almost uncovered events like minor wreath laying ceremonies.

I do not think Putin is a megalomaniac - at all.

“In time we will learn to accept and demand Trump’s level of extremely high competence in all of our leaders.”

It’s a nice thought. Most of human history argues against it.

I should have worded that better.

The emails were proven true, not that Russia helped.

I believe Assange.

He alluded to the leaker being Seth Rich
