I don’t see where its a big deal unless its stupidly obvious like in the picture. Most people dont pay attention to others and if a cop spots you you have a permit to carry. At most you will get a warning.

The picture is “stupid carry.”

You need an overshirt untucked. If you pick a denim overshirt you can also leave it unbuttoned.

At most you will get a warning.

I had a friend here in CT who bent down to grab something at the grocery store. Some lady saw the gun & freaked out. Long story short, he got a ticket for disturbing the peace.

Up until just recently...here in OK...if you exposed your gun..or printed...you could/would get a ticket.

“Most people dont pay attention to others and if a cop spots you you have a permit to carry. At most you will get a warning.”

In Austin, TX, I was detained, and charged, for “brandishing” because a police officer spotted a bulge under my suit. We’re talking a .380 Sig here, too, not some giant weapon. It was a UT Police officer, on a public sidewalk near (not on) the university.

This was after her drawing her weapon on me and making me kneel on the wet ground and wasting my time for about 8 hours getting printed, arraigned, etc.

The charge was promptly dismissed, but it cost me about $1500 in lawyer fees, and it took about three months to get my pistol back, the storage of which they charged me $165. My ammo was “lost.”

Even then, most of the time, her purse would hide it...
