Nice try, diehards.
As you might expect, Kathy Griffin’s lovely little video on TMZ has been met with the sort of universal condemnation you’d expect, with even the most strident anti-Trump Democrats expressing in no uncertain terms that it’s way, way, way, way over the line.
Which they should. Because it is. Kathy Griffin has never been funny to begin with, but I guess being paired with Anderson Cooper on New Years Eve gives her a modicum of credibility for reasons entirely unknown to me. For the most part, Griffin’s entire schtick has always been to simply be so annoying that you can’t ignore her no matter how desperately you want to.

Since when have FR members started complaining about repeated posts from friendly sites such as that? Nobody complains about a certain member posting from Townhall.com on a regular basis.
OK Darksheare, here's an easy solution to this growing crisis: Ban the posting of any articles from Canada Free Press as well as Townhall.com........This should eliminate the angst over the growing crisis of postings from conservative websites.

It's NOT about the content of Canada Free Press. Its about Sean_Anthony using excerpts of articles at that site to lure readers there.
Every time a Freeper clicks through to read the full article, the cash register rings for someone. I think that someone is Sean_Anthony. His posting behavior over the last few years here supports that suspicion.
I am not worried about Sean_Anthony and CFP. He and they have been posting here for a mighty long time.
I rarely add new links to our home page. Used to on request, but got burned too many times.
Btw, CFP looks ok to me as a source. I see nothing wrong with them posting their content here.

So JimRob has no issue with the content of the articles posted from Canada Free Press. Big whoop. Neither does anyone else.
If he’s too busy, or not sufficiently interested to investigate the clickbot who posts them, that’s his business. Nothing I, or anyone else can do there.
In the meantime, I remain convinced that Sean_Anthony is a money grubbing abuser of this website, and that you are his alter ego, or his accomplice.
I doubt anyone would have a beef with Sean_Anthony if he were a living, breathing, active participant, like you are.
It's the behavior that makes the difference, and which raises people's hackles. Sean_Anthony has been posting about a dozen articles a day from Canada Free Press for years, with nary a comment or reply. That's mighty curious for any Freeper, especially considering that:
1. That site is heavily monetized.
2. It's the only site he posts content from.
3. It is literally ALL he does on Free Republic.
It doesn't take a genius to figure out that he's using FR as a fishing hole, and using excerpts from CFP as bait. Its why he posts so many links per day to that site, and why he never responds or comments. In my opinion, it's only about the clicks to him, which put money in his pocket.
Jim said that he has no issue with the content of CFP being posted here. Neither does anyone else, including me.
He didn't say that Sean_Anthony is "fine". He said that he's been posting here for a long time. He did NOT say that he has no issues with Sean_Anthony's posting behavior.
That remains to be seen.
No, I never expected otherwise from you, even in opposition to Jim Rob's expressed statement.

Thank you very much for this approach. If Sean_Anthony doesn't make a full posting of the article, and it's not one of the sites that restrict such full posting, then, by all means, post it in full yourself and eliminate the linkage worries.
