I thought theyd just abandoned the monitor business and given it to LG? Apple found that LG wasn't up to meeting Apple's customer's standards. . . or Apple's quality requirements. They pulled them from the Apple Store after too many failures in the first three months, from what I hear.

Well, that’s good to hear. I’ve always paid the freight for Apple displays, being in color critical graphics work. Wish they weren’t so pricey but I don’t need to buy them that often.
