This is huge news, and thank God it is vindicating President Trump in his saying he was surveilled.
Members of the intelligence community collected ‘incidental’ communications of the Trump transition team during legal surveillance operations, producing ‘dozens’ of reports which eventually unmasked several individuals’ identities and which were ‘widely disseminated,’ a top lawmaker said Wednesday afternoon.
House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said none of the reports he had read mentioned Russia or Russians and he was unsure whether the surveillance occurred at Trump Tower. Nunes also was unsure if then President-elect Trump was captured by the surveillance, which occurred in November, December and January.
“I recently confirmed on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected intelligence,” Nunes said.
Unbelievable! I want to know this! FBI Director Comey said President Trump and his Team were not surveilled. Why did Comey lie?

Comey did lie he just did not commit perjury. When he testified to cause maximum damage to the President he doesn’t deserve the benefit of the doubt.

There is a very important fact that is being overlooked that that needs to be be well understood: FISA Court Orders target AMERICANS. You don’t need one to listen in on the Russian Ambassador.
FISA court orders are only required when you want to run surveillance on an American citizen. So these intercepts were between the target, an American, and either Trump or a member of his team.
Or Trump or one of his team were the targets - which, as I understand it, is not the case.
So the next time you hear the idiots like Dr. K from Fox and the MSM tell you that these are incidental intercepts of some Trump person talking to some targeted foreign national you will know that is pure BS.
These conversation are between Trump people and targeted Americans. They were authorized by a FISA Court Order.
Adam Schiff is complaining that he did not get to see the evidence. He also says Nunes should have gone to him first. I think Nunes went straight to the President first and exposed it to the press because he can’t trust anyone else. This could be huge.

That is a stretch. And remember - these are FISA authorized intercepts. They are not targeting foreigners. They are targeting Americans and they have Trump talking to the target, the subject of a Nationsl Security investigation.

Per Levin on the way home, CNN is reporting that the itnercepts captured personal communications between and about Trump’s family...and disseminated it throughout the Federal intel agencies without any masking or redactions!!!
