Those youtube videos on the earth being flat are actually a fascinating phenomenon. Some of them are VERY well done, and if you don’t pay attention or are abnormally gullible, they will convince you the earth IS flat.
I think they are an experiment to show how easy it is to dupe people about something that should be pretty cast in concrete. There may be even more nefarious goals around causing people to not believe anything at all.
