The more Americans learn about first lady Melania Trump, the more they like her.
Her favorability rating is up 16 points since her husband was sworn-in as President, according to a CNN/ORC poll released Wednesday in CNN's COVER/LINE newsletter.
About 52% of Americans have a favorable opinion of Melania Trump, an increase from 36% pre-inauguration. In February 2016, the former model's favorable rating was a paltry 24%, her unfavorable was 31% and 23% had never even heard of her. Now, just 3% say they don't know who the first lady is, and her unfavorable rate has held steady at 32%.
Most of the recent uptick in favorable results are due to those undecided Americans, or those who had yet to form an opinion. Pre-inauguration, 23% had no opinion about the first lady, compared with 12% now....

Why not? She’s gorgeous and low-key. She isn’t a gorgon like Hillary or a fat-ass like Obama’s consort. I haven’t seen a bad Republican wife since Gerald Ford.
What a lovely lady she is! Content to stay out of the lime light, people would like to see her more often…a direct opposite of the preceding FLOTUS.
But she will never reach massively high approval numbers of Michelle 0bama....or her beauty, class and grace./sarc

Pat Nixon was a very nice lady, as was Nancy Reagan and Mrs. Mondale. I really enjoyed talking with Patricia Haig, too.
She is a good woman who has never done anything bad to anyone..the left hates her because she is beautiful, smart, and is her OWN person..God Bless our First Lady!

Oh, I love our Melania! What a lovely role model for girls—so elegant and graceful. And smart, she was a self made woman with her own jewelry line before she met the President. If that’s not enough, she does speak five languages and has a degree in design and architecture.
Our Melania also eschewed nannies, preferring to raise her own son, hands on. She takes Barron to school in the mornings, just like every other mom. She’s doing her best to keep Barron from being ruined like so many rich kids.
She’s a lovely lady, whats not to admire about her?

That’s good. She seems like such a sweet person and doesn’t deserve the way she was treated.
