It’s given by a woman with a Ph.D. in history who complains that she can’t find a husband who is taller than herself.

If she was down on her knees all men would be taller- praying of course.
“How tall is she?”
A half inch shorter than Laz.
+1.

A PHD or any other academic achievement has absolutely ZERO correlation to a person being a well adjusted individual that is suited for a long term relationship. I learned that years ago when I banged dated a woman with advanced degrees from very prestigious universities; who even ran for Congress. She was a total nutjob! May have been a borderline for all I know. The funny thing is that despite all her craziness she still would have been an improvement over the dem who had that seat.
Even the parody was worthless!
Ted talks are where people who are mostly liberal go in order to later say they were there, and for that they can feel smart and be considered by others.
It’s CHURCH for people unwittingly moving towards atheism and believing in big government.
I would love to see conservatives invade this space and do some talks like Cheryl. Everyone has to sit and listen to facts, it could really red pill a lot of people.
Huh? She's only 31. If she can't find a man at that age, she's got other issues going on that are repelling them.
She wants him taller than her. And if a man wants a wife with big boobs, he’s an obnoxious man. Got it.
There are a ton of Ted Talks that are useless.
The premise is basically useless anyways. Just people talking about what could be. All talk talk talk no action.
Mary Cooper: When I was your age you could have me for a car ride and a bottle of strawberry wine.
Mary: “Back home, there’s a woman works at the Wal-Mart - tall, tall girl. Woman could hunt geese with a rake.”

Ted Talks are for pseudointellectuals. They rarely have any useful content. They can be entertaining, but they are devoid of any actionable content.
This one with Tommy Emmanuel is worth every minute, and more:

But it’s the only really good one I’ve ever seen.
Ted talks are simply people scratching their backs in front of an audience that applauds as they scratch their own. And I personally know a few of them, and they continue scratching.
Good lord, desperation is a stinky stinky perfume.
I’m going to pretend the woman on this video is actually going to stumble onto this thread on FR (though it was not subtly implied from her speech that this is not her type of forum.)
Young lady, you are terribly lacking in self awareness. Being tall and educated is not your problem, being a liberal is not your problem, being an awful saleswoman is your problem.
You have a naturally nasal voice and when you project, it sounds pushy and frenetic. That is man repellent. You sound like Roseanne Barry... but baby crazy. Not a good first impression. Probably someone has given you advice to not present yourself so forcefully and you took that as advice to play dumb and passive and rejected it... it’s not that. Be the best version of yourself that looks the most like the woman the guy you are looking for wants to marry, don’t try to force yourself onto the man of your dreams.
Also, a PhD in history does not imply superior intelligence. You invented nothing, probably avoided math classes for over a decade, and your contribution to society involves a rehashing of things that have already occurred. If it did, you would have figured all this crap out by yourself by now. You have dedication and tenacity, values men respect. Sell that, not the other stuff, and the men will not flee.
But then again, she hasn’t apparently studied her own history and learned from it, so she is probably doomed to repeat it.
She needs to talk to this girl....

Those are good points.
She’s 5’ 10”
She is actually right within my type, but I’m 57 and married. I’ve had many a girlfriend that looks like her though, and I don’t remember having a bad time with them, if you take my meaning.
