Is there one person on the planet who didn’t see this coming? If the Chief Clown freed over 300 prisoners on Death Row, do you really think he’s going to risk living under Hillary’s treat? If so, I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

“according to sources”

Yeah, I’ll believe this.

Can 0bama give Hillary a blanket pardon, even though she has not been charged with anything, or does it have to be somewhat specific?

Let the state courts indict her. The pardon won’t help there and it moves the circus out of D.C.

In a way Hillary is far, far better off if she does not get a pardon.

Does accepting the pardon means they accept they are guilty?

Can someone help me out here? Can any president pardon someone for crimes with which they have not been charged? Absolution from future prosecution? That would place the individual above the law and, once again, the King would be law. I’m doubting the president has this ability to stymie future prosecution of an individual. Self-admittedly, I could be wrong.

Won’t count for future revelations should Sessions actually proceed with an investigation. New stuff? Lock her up. And slick and scupper lip too for misuse of charitable funds. Or were all those bucks for “miscellaneous” expenditures.

The beauty of a Hillary Pardon is two fold ...

1-We can put it behind us and move forward fixing problems and MAGA w/o this preceived vendetta

2-In the Court Of Public Opinion it is an admission of Guilt. No more denying it, no more spin, and her political goose is finally cooked.

It’s not very secret, is it? And, the Foundation is an ongoing criminal racket. Obama can’t pardon here for future crimes, nor immunize her against civil actions for fraud, etc.

I don’t know but why would someone need a pardon unless they did something that requires a pardon?

Interesting.

Hillary is a player sure, but so is Obama and so many others.

What does Obama gain pardoning Hillary? Millions in foundation money - that’s what.

...and he can’t get his hands on that unless he and Hillary appease the donors who are asking for a full accounting - so you get the drilling prohibition, the latest Israel resolution abstention and the John F’n Kerry speech.

misuse of charitable funds

Bring a civil action to recover the funds and enforce the charter of the charity. No pardon there.
