Can 0bama give Hillary a blanket pardon, even though she has not been charged with anything, or does it have to be somewhat specific?

Does accepting the pardon means they accept they are guilty?

Yes read the full text of ford pardon of nixon.

I wish that could be ‘stickied’ here because the question gets repeatedly asked in every hilllary pardon thread.

Blanket. Up to and including the day it is granted for everything. But she can I believe be named an unindicted co-conspirator while the FBI and Sessions go after everyone else including Bill and Huma. She can also I believe be forced to testify against them since she is under a blanket pardon. So not all unicorns and pixie dust.

Blanket pardons are fine. They cover any crimes, known or unknown, committed to the day of the pardon.

But accepting a pardon legally states you committed illegal acts.

Has happened before. But no one challenged it with Nixon. So it is not tested.......................
