I was recently cut off by a relative. He is smart, educated, a school teacher, a proud Liberal, and completely separated from reality. In the course of the run-up to the 2016 election, he cried in panic that a Trump victory would absolutely result in Trump’s rounding-up of all us Jews and throwing us into concentration camps to die. His lock-step Democrat insistence that Trump is a Nazi was immune to fact or reason. As a Boston-based school teacher (and son of a school-teacher) he had been long convinced of every Liberal lie and fantasy. Not a great role model, in my opinion. When I insisted that this idea was nuts, we agreed to stop posting to one another, he to protect himself from contrary ideas and I to not have to read rantings from a relative I love and with whom I had long been a friend.

The cheapening of the Nazis of history has been perhaps an unwitting but ongoing work of the Liberals. From such xenophobic stupidity of the Seinfeld character “the soup Nazi” to the mind-bogglingly loathsome “The Producers,” the common mislabeling by Liberals of anyone with whom they disagree, the Schutzstaffel of real Nazi horror was evil and murderous in a way we can now hardly describe or mention. The SS did NOT attempt to use law and political tactics to keep illegal aliens out of their territory; they openly murdered their own citizens for being “enemies” of their politics and “purity.” Demons. That chapter from history is so foreign to us now that perhaps some need to make fun of it in order to tame such evil. From throwing live Jewish infants into open fire pits to raping and beating old women to death for sport, the SS stands almost alone as one of history’s nearly unmentionable groups. The cheapening of the Nazis by labeling as such any political rival is a long-done tactic of the mindless racist Left (yes, racist Left.) To be told one is cooperating with them – or even being one -- is one way to end all conversation between two otherwise sane people and a Leftist device to avoid having to think.

The Left’s reaction to Trump’s victory is now an ongoing legend of mindbuggery (see the YouTube of the The Young Turks’ on-air reaction). The tired, limping horse of Nazifying anyone or any group with which you disagree is simply stupid and wasteful. Perhaps my relative and I will once again talk to one another. I’d like that. Either way, it’s far past time we started respecting opposing beliefs. Perhaps we can start by actively salvaging our colleges and teaching angry, quivering snowflakes that the only relatively safe place in the real world is the one you make for yourself through honesty and hard work, not toy ponies and coloring books, both of which are in very short supply in real world jobs. There can be no SS in any society that cherishes freedom as does the United States. To argue otherwise is futile and infantile. To argue that Donald Trump and his supporters are Nazis is a slander so stupid as to end further conversation, the only means we have of communicating and sharing ideas.

All of the little snowflakes who are protesting in the streets...comparing Trump to Hitler, and "the deplorables" to Nazis.....

The real SS wouldn't be bothered by such things. They'd just have a three step response.

1. Run over the protesters with tanks.

2. Shoot whoever might be left.

3. Round up their families and other supporters for extermination.

Repeat until there aren't any more protests.

Oh, and the "Gun Control" that the Anti-Trump Protesters very likely support too? By necessity, that'll happen a little before Step 1. Will be the warning for us to start paying attention.

Quite true. In fact, the more you study the details of the Holocaust, the more the mind boggles: you just reach a point where there is no longer any rational justification (even a sick and false one) for what was done.

Like the fact that trains carrying munitions to the Eastern Front (or trains carrying the wounded back to Germany) were sidelined so that trains carrying Jews to the death camps had priority.

The more evil that was done, the more evil it became, a hate past all rationality.

administration would reverse Obama’s anti- Israel policies and favoritism of Islamic state-sponsored terrorism.
It is the LEFT in this country that hates Israel and supports the extreme Palestinians who have been bombing busses in Israel for decades.
It is Hillary Clinton who is in bed with Islamic terrorists who have vowed to wipe out the Jews.
It is the LEFT that admires the politics and big-government policies and the mass graves of Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Castro, Pol Pot, Chavez, Maduro...
It is the LEFT that openly advocates the jailing of political dissidents, scientists, Christians, and even parents who try to protect their children from a tyrannical government or sexual predators..
FREEPERS: Let’s stop being defensive about this crap. Stop begging and pleading Oh pleeeze don’t call us Nazis or white supwemacists or say those tewwible things about us!!
It’s the other side who are the Nazis. Let’s not miss ANY attempt to point that out-—TO THEM! And let’s not hesitate to verbally bludgeon their media puppets on THEIR airwaves.
Enough of this preaching to the choir on conservative forums and talk radio. To fight in a war, it’s necessary to leave home.
