Hope Team Trump studies carefully the aftermath of the Clinton handoff of the WH to GWB’s staff. They can expect to find lots of sabotage.

I doubt it. The Clinton garbage was sui generis. The parties have been transitioning from one to the other for a long time. There will be hard feelings, personal frustrations, and painful policy reverses, but on both sides, they're mostly adults about it. The Clintons were an exception. I fully expect the Obama people to behave decently.
