Correct me if I’m wrong, but Michigan law states that on a re-count....if the local precinct book and number of ballots cast at that precinct do not exactly match...then all ballots are rounded to zero at that precinct for anyone for the purpose of the re-count. So, Hillary had great numbers prior to the re-count, and if some judge doesn’t stop this, she’ll lose at least 250,000 Detroit votes (minimum). If I were the Green Party, I’d take all actions possible at this point to stop the re-count in Michigan.

Why would this scenario affect the amount of money that Stein is getting for this ruse? It behooves her to keep up this charade until the money dries up.

I think yesterday's thread indicated that the initial winner of the precinct would be certified, in the event of this kind of discrepancy. However the ballots in the precincts in question could not be subject to a recount.

But I could be wrong.

No, if they can't reconcile, it reverts to the certified vote count.

In other words, the more massive the fraud that's uncovered, the more it's ignored.

Which is what will happen with the Detroit vote count.

Michigan's law, which dates to 1954, excludes from recount precincts where "the number of ballots to be recounted and the number of ballots issued on election day as shown on the poll list or the computer printout do not match and the difference is not explained to the satisfaction of the board of canvassers."

In those cases, the vote total approved by the November canvass stands.

According to state law, precincts whose poll books don’t match with ballots can’t be recounted. If that happens, original election results stand.

“It’s not good,” conceded Daniel Baxter, elections director for the city of Detroit.

I could be wrong, but it looks like the original count stands. A recount isn't allowed in the case of a discrepancy between the poll books and the ballots.

Other articles have been posted saying that the numbers from election night are used instead of recounting.

So, all the RATs in Michigan have to do is sneak in a few extra ballots at each reliably Republican district then demand a recount, which would invalidate all those R votes?

Reminds me of the old saying; the only thing worse than not getting what you want, is getting what you want.
