On what basis was this teeny bopper chosen as an elector?
Obviously not based on her knowledge of how elections run. She was “elected” to vote for Clinton. Her vote should still be for Clinton. But - she can be “faithless”. I’m not sure what the penalty will be. Most of the electors are big-wigs in the party, and will vote how they are supposed to if they want to keep their place of prominence in the party.
