Following the leaked audio recording of Donald Trump making lewd comments about women, several political figures both Republicans and Democrats have called for The Republican nominee to withdraw from the election. Trump responded to these calls on Saturday during an interview and stated he would never withdraw.
The Washington Post reported: “I’d never withdraw. I’ve never withdrawn in my life,” Trump told The Washington Post in a phone call from his home in Trump Tower in New York. “No, I’m not quitting this race. I have tremendous support.”
“People are calling and saying, ‘Don’t even think about doing anything else but running,” Trump said when asked about Republican defections. “You have to see what’s going on. The real story is that people have no idea the support. I don’t know how that’s going to boil down, but people have no idea the support.
“Running against her,” Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, makes keeping the party behind him easier, Trump added.
“It’s because she’s so bad. She’s so flawed as a candidate. Running against her, I can’t say it’d be the same if I ran against someone else, but running against her makes it a lot easier, that’s for sure,” he said.

Trump didn’t offend women!
He was amBUSHed by a secret hot mike in a private conversation.
Any “offense” to women was done by those who clouded to broadcast this private conversation.
Same is they had decided to show a porn flick on TV and then blame it on the porn “stars” when it offended women and children.

There were no women in the room when the tape was made, only a Bush giggling at Trumps remarks.

The Clinton’s used worse, but it was never recorded. No one talks about their use of the “N” word, but I heard stories from those who had contact with them in Arkansas during the early 90’s.
Ridiculous....Hillary should drop out because of Benghazi, Libya, and 50 other reasons.
even so ... I would not legitimize calls for Trump to drop out. I would ignore all of them and go on offense. Trump’s comments are what they are and can’t be undone. Rather than falling for the bait ... it would be better to move on and step up attacks on Hillary.

There is nothing to drop out for. Are people just wishful thinking? There is no there there. The old and rejected RINO establishment is on some kind of hallucinogenic.
If Trump has become a professed Christian and asked fot forgivnees (hopefully before announced run for presidency) he should give public witness to that fact. Very few Christians will not understand a conversion experience, mercy and forgiveness

Thankfully Trump is the most courageous and resilient figure the Republic has seen since Washington . He knew all along that the elites would plum to any depths to halt him - but had never wavered .

There seems to be a hint from those who are calling for him to drop out that there are further “revelations” to follow.
There’s so much fear in the GOP (they’d turn tail and run away from their own mother if they thought it might affect their “fiefdom”), the Dems, the world (UN, etc) about a Donald Trump presidency, he’s definitely doing something right.
My husband and I had just discussed the calls for him to step down from Hewitt and Mike Lee...I’m glad to see Trump say he’ll never drop out. If he loses, he loses , but if he steps down, he’s tapping out and letting Clinton win.
