Clinton’s Nonexistent Diagnosis–No Such Condition As “Non Contagious Bacterial Pneumonia”..
Conservative Treehouse ^ | September 14, 2016 | Sundance

There’s something very odd about the diagnosis that Dr. Lisa Bardack has presented for her patient Secretary Hillary Clinton, it’s doesn’t exist.

As you can see from the two-page letter presented today by Hillary Clinton’s doctor, she has been diagnosed with “mild non-contagious bacterial pneumonia“. However, there’s a problem….

The International Classification of Diseases (ICD), an ObamaCare standard, is designed code all medical diagnostics. According to ICD-9 codes, and the more current ICD-10 coding, there’s no such diagnosis as “non contagious bacterial pneumonia“.

Dr. Bardack apparently made it up.

Dr. Milton Wolf was the first to notice the issue:

“Lisa Bardack MD” needs to be investigated by the NYS Department of Health for malpractice. Better yet, concerned citizens should consider filing a complaint against her with said agency: http://www.health.ny.gov/professionals/doctors/conduct/file_a_complaint.htm (license #187980)”

WEBMD -

Q. Is Pneumonia contagious?

Usually not, but some types can be.

Most pneumonias come from bacteria we carry in our noses and throats. The bacteria can occasionally gain entry into the deepest parts of our lungs, where they multiply and cause a pneumonia. Some bacterial pneumonias occur when oral or nasal secretions are aspirated during sleep.

Because we “catch” these bacteria from ourselves, these
pneumonias are not contagious in the way a cold virus is. However, these bacteria sometimes do get passed from person to person in the population.

Mycoplasma pneumonia is a common cause of “walking pneumonia” in young adults, and is highly contagious.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a special type of bacterial pneumonia that is contagious. TB is very uncommon in the U.S., although people that work in health care are at higher risk. Mycoplasma pneumonia and TB are typically spread by breathing in droplets from a cough or sneeze of an infected person.

Anyway all the parlor game chatter about pneumonia may be amusing, but it’s irrelevant.

What she has/had, was an “episode” related to her brain injury sustained from repeated falls, stemming from her Parkinson’s disease. She spoke ,inappropriately and at length to the gal behind her(the blue dress escort). Inappropriate because others attendees were solemn. She was most likely experiencing some sort of aura that “it” was coming on had absolutely had to get out of there. The rest is history. And subterfuge.

Pneumonia is a condition brought on by an infection in the lungs. It seems there are plenty of people that think you can “catch” it and I’m surprised so many FReepers are ignorant of the causes.

Yes, "at least." Jim Noble has a posting history that is (IMO) one of the most credible and most substantive.

I am not a doctor, from the description given by Bardack and credible references (john hopkins, mayo, CDC) it’s probably aspiration pneumonia.

I said this at the time it was first released....if this is what the doctor really believes she ought to be stripped of her license

If this is true, that there is no such thing a non-contagious pneumonia
then this hack doctor has lied and a ethics complaint should be filed
against her. Badack is nothing more than a hack. A quack.

I was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia in June. I had a bad cold first that went into pneumonia. The doc asked if I had been sick and that’s how she diagnosed bacterial pneumonia after an xray showed the pneumonia.
She said she was surprised I was up and walking around, gave me a 5 day course of antibiotics and sent me home.
I never had any other symptoms other than wheezing and never stopped doing what I do. I dam sure didn’t collapse because I had a ‘small nodule in one lung’.

‘or in her case, STUMBLING PNEMONIA.’

Technically, it’s called Side of Beef Pneumonia.

Cracker Jack Doctor. Supposedly on the "Best Doctors in America" list 2011-2016.

I wonder if that is a "pay to play" group, too...you know, "For $10,000 and five testimonials, we'll put you on our 'best doctors' list!"

Is pneumonia a disease or a condition?

In reading the doctor's letter, it seems she was not being that clinical in her use of terms.

There is an ICD10 Diagnosis code = “J15 Bacterial pneumonia, not elsewhere classified”

there is no specific icd9\icd10 diagnosis for “ear ache” either.

I know we wont let it go and that's a good thing. "Never let a good crisis go to waste”.

the dr said non contagious bacterial pneumonia.... I said yesterday that those words don’t go together well... and that is what dr on fox said this morning.... micrococcus and diplococcus are the common bacterial pathogens associated with pneumonia. viral and pneumonia caused by injury or aspiration are not considered contagious... but her dr said BACTERIAL PNEUMONIA.
