You are right that it was on MSNBC that nobody watched. However, it is being replayed everywhere else and will follow him until the election.

He correctly points out that many good people have had their lives ruined by a pot arrest, while an Obama is in the white house.
He has listed the people like Ted Cruz, Clinton, Rand Paul, Obama, Kerry, All the Bush sons, Rubio, and all the others who have admitted smoking it, who hypocritically lock up others for doing the same.
Johnson the whole time in New Mexico preached that its a bad choice, but said he didn’t think people should be locked up for it. As he did this he was kayaking, endurance running, bicycled the whole state, climber Everest, etc.
I know its fun, but people casting Johnson as a pothead are...ill informed.
