The elites are putting on a massive full-court press to try to take Trump out.

In war, one of the first casualties is the truth.

We're in a war, right now. The elites cannot let Trump win. They know this.

The elite media is going to be full of nothing but lies from now till election day.

We've always known Trump would have to beat the MSM plus the Democrats. Now we're in the middle of it.

I recommend the Sixties on 6, Classic Vinyl, and Little Steven’s Underground Garage on SiriusXM.

Why waste your life listening to talk radio? Read FR and sites like it and exercise your own brain while grooving to good music!

LOL! I have heard some of the same thing. Here is your problem (and mine). You live in a larger city where the local news news outlets contribute updates to the local radio station for broadcast. ALSO, the advertisers pay the radio station for some to most of the commercials. The nationally syndicated hosts have nothing to do with much of that advertising. In fact, you will know which advertising is from the syndicated show because often times the hosts will read the adds themselves.

I listen to 95.9 (Freedom 95) out of Indianapolis from 6-9. It is a conservative station with conservative programming and mostly conservative advertising. It’s a conservative audience. HOWEVER, the news update comes from ABC (or something).

I gave up on iheart radio.

Try WMAL. I listen to Rush, then Savage. Don’t know the complete lineup:

http://www.wmal.com/

Tunein for Larry Elder (I think it replays until the next show is live):
http://tunein.com/radio/The-Larry-Elder-Show-p44188/

Andrea Shea King does a very good in depth review of the major stories on her blogtalk show. It’s live at six PM, but I usually listen to the podcast in the wee hours. Basically, she reads stories to you for 90 minutes.

She mentioned that’s how she listens to Rush, so I tried it.

got a smart phone?

download the app “Podcast Addict” (free)

subscribe to some good podcasts and listen at your convenience - WITHOUT COMMERCIALS

there are alot of good pocasts (radio shows) that are in more local markets that many of us have never heard of
(I can give you a list if necessary)

My buddy goes online and listens to the web broadcasts from Arkansas I think... so he doesn’t get any lib commercials/news breaks, but he does get ads about local feed stores and stuff like that, it’s kind of funny :)

The Answer has several stations around the country, and most of them are on iHeart. I listen to KTIE 590 The Answer in Riverside, CA. I went to their conference in March. It was interesting.

I listen to streaming because I cannot get any good area radio coverage.

Most of the streams run numerous PSAs and Ad Council ads. The stations seem to have more dead space to fill than regular advertising to fill it.

Timmy and the lumens lightbulbs. They run these into the ground. They actually place the same Timmy commercial 3 times during the breaks.

I just sort of tune them out, but some days I just can’t take them plus some talkshow hosts’ banter. Silence can be nice.

Gif and Tech Trends have been going on for several years. They seem to have about a half-dozen. I haven’t heard a new one in months. The same with ‘the Core’ whatever that is.

It's funny you mention the commercials on I heart radio. I have noticed the exact same thing. I mentioned it to my friend who is in network radio broadcasting.

He told me that whatever local station we are listening to is not allowed to stream some commercials due to the fact that the talent (I.e. Union members) whose voices were in the commercial would demand to be compensated based upon a national pay rate.

As a result, they just stream public service announcements in their place. The content that is being broadcast "over the air" is therefore different than what is being streamed.

And to make matters worse, it's the same commercials over and over.

Ever given any thought as to what allows radio and televisions to send a signal to your radio or TV?

There's nothing free anymore and thus these stations can only stay in business by selling on-air advertisements...........

But you knew that........LOL!

SiriusXM Patriot and Patriot Plus. Patriot is car only. Both are on streaming. The news is from Townhall.com. They have Wilkow, Levin, Hannity and Webb plus Beck. No Savage or Rush. I listen to Wilkow Majority from nine to noon Pacific on Patriot then again from noon to three on Patriot Plus. I don’t listen to Beck because he is just nuts in my opinion and Levin has gone off the rails over Trump so he is off my list now. Hannity is ok but he likes to get opposing sides to argue with each other and he likes Juan Williams so I don’t ever make a point off listening to him. Wilkow is worth trying and the only reason I pay 3.99 a month for streaming SiriusXM.

I used to listen to student-run radio in Dallas. KEOM. They play mainly ‘70s music with some ‘80s. But, they use the Texas State News, along with “educational” packages that include small science segments. TSN is relentlessly left-wing, driven by “studies news.” This is where half the newscast is, “New studies show (insert result liberals were paid to produce).” The science segments brook no dissent on global warming and have included glowing celebrations of Margaret Sanger.

So, I switched to KLUV. Exact same music, vapid, casually leftist DJs, but no left-wing news and educational packages. Until the mid ‘90s, KLUV played ‘50s and ‘60s music. I wish they hadn’t bumped up to ‘70s and ‘80s, but at least I like the music.

That is corporate talk radio for ya.

They have squeezed the golden goose almost to the point where it’s dead.

Try Rush on a little radio station in a tiny fishing village at 11am. Few commercials, instead plays the bumper music during interludes.(Guntersville AL)
