Then he needs to buy the datasets of people from Intelius and or Zabasearch. Merge all and see what pops up. Also get the Social Security death index. Make sure that if you are on the ssdi, you aren’t registered to vote. Get poll watchers in place in the precincts with abnormal turnout. As to the vote side, se if there is a way to demand a paper trail through the court system of the states. If the integrity check of the machines fails, ask for an order for paper ballots. All machine only precincts have paper ballots in case of a power outage or hard drive crash. I saw foolishness close up in June, only remedied by the fact that our Republican Citycouncilwoman lives in my precinct. Not everyone is so lucky.

These ideas you’ve put forth should be put into place with great fanfare before the election occurs.
