Liberals assume the know more than anyone else. Liberals assume they should get what they want despite the impact on others. Ted Cruz' supporters actively prayed for his nomination for President of the United States and truly believed their prayers would be answered in the way THEY wanted.

How do you assess “frozen destination” with eyes far, far short of God’s?
There are two aspects to Silicon Valley: 1) Big money and 2) the voting rank-and-file employees. Now throw on some gasoline called "H-1B". The pile blows up; and the big money (which is the main force for H-1B) goes to the Democrats, while the voting employees jump on the Trump train. The reason the voting employees haven't already gone Republican over the H-1B issue is because, before Trump came along, H-1B was promoted by both parties.
Spiritual discernment - a gift of believers. Also, over 20 years of seeing through people just like him in my ministry to Mormons and other cultists.
I have seen his type far too often. No one likes to find out someone they put on a pedestal never belonged there (again back to cult leaders) so they make excuses or say things like ‘he will change’. He won’t. Not unless he gets saved and if that is the case he will probably leave politics because the money and power are his addiction.
You have the special gift of foreseeing his eternal doom, the impossibility of the Lord leading him to repentance?
Be very careful that your pride is not speaking here. To watch out for the way he is NOW, should not cause you to pronounce foreclosure on his everlasting fate.
By the way, after his failure to lead his suffering people the WRONG way, Moses came back to lead them the RIGHT way. So even leaving politics is not a foregone conclusion.
You must have missed the part that says: "later after a visit back to Cuba in the summer of 1959 he became a harsh critic of Castro after "the rebel leader took control and began seizing private property and suppressing dissent".[12] Upon returning he revisited the same groups to give lectures opposing Castro and the Revolution."
That was 1959. Oswald assassinated Kennedy in 1963, 4 years later. Cruz certainly would not have joined with pro-Castro, Communist Oswald after all that.
If only the world were that simple. Lots of skullduggery going on in those days.
God answers our prayers. Sometimes the answer is no.
Cruz’s dad should sue the National Inquirer if they misidentified him in that photo. They wrongly harmed his reputation. He could help Ted pay off his Goldman Sacs loans.
“Vote your conscience.”
Horse Zit!!!! Who the Hell does this hemorrhoid think he is—another Jim Jones? Yes, hemorrhoid because an A-hole has a useful purpose and this Grandpa Munster look- a-like turns out to be just a pain in the butt!
That guy you are quoting about the “photo comparison” is not any kind of expert, he just runs a service that scans people’s old photographs to digitize them.
He was contacted later and explained that he didn’t do any real analysis, he just looked at the photos and gave his non-professional opinion:
“We reached out to Goldstone, and he told us by phone, I stand behind those comments 100 percent. But he explained that he did not employ facial recognition technology to reach his conclusions, because the photographs are too grainy. Rather, he said, he utilized a tool called FotoForensics to authenticate that the photos had not been digitally altered.
Then he compared, by eye, the photo of the unidentified man in the picture with Oswald with a passport photo of a young Rafael Cruz. Based on features like facial structure and skin texture, he concluded using a phrase that he repeated numerous times that there were more similarities than dissimilarities in the appearance of the two men.
They look pretty close, Goldstone said.
I never said categorically that it is him, Goldstone told us. I said it looks to be more similar than dissimilar.”

As you will. Looks the same to me ( no expert), but the suggestion sure set Cruz off. Normally a person who either deny it or say “ my dad may have been on the street with anyone- so what”. His overreaction was over the top.
