What Did Trump Really Say About Cruz' Wife and Father?
Cruz’ past support of and donations to Pelosi, Reid, Schumer and the Clintons make me hang my head in shame, I must confess.....
Two sensational accusations with no legitimate sources. To what end? Object to Cruz policies or his refusal to endorse Trump. But sinking to these tactics: please consider who behaves like this.
Be facetious all you want it only solidifies you’re part of the embittered cultists. Move on from the fakeman.
I’d really like to dig into this.
I’d feel quite certain Rafeal is in that photo.
Not any more bizarre then slavishly following a dishonourable loser like Cruz.
I would never forgive Trump if he tweeted something about my wife like his comment on Heidi Cruz.
So Trump tweeted a picture of Heidi, that someone else took, and threatened ‘to spill the beans about Heidi’.
This was an insult? A slur?
You can threatened to spill the beans about my wife all day long, and I won’t care, and my wife won’t care.
Or maybe there are actually some beans to spill?
Note: The GQ photo shoot attack on Trumps wife that said vote for Cruz was a NeverTrump ad from establishment people who thought they could beat Cruz but not Trump, not one paid for or endorsed by Ted Cruz. It does not in any way justify Trumps rude and tasteless comment.
I take it you didn’t read my original post where I said the photo ad was from a SuperPac, not the Cruz campaign.
But Cruz never disavowed it, said it was in bad taste, or ask for it to be taken down.
He let it stand, and then Trump retaliated, as he always will.
And again, what is rude and tasteless about ‘spill the beans’?
Perhaps lawyerly Ted can point out the, “no personal insults,” exception in the pledge he signed.
Dang that’s a good point!
USA Today tried to get to the bottom of the nude Melania ad.
Bottom line is as far as they could find the Cruz campaign didn’t have anything at all to do with it. The campaign said that. The pac said it. It was not a pac made up of Cruz friends. It was a pac created by a few Mormons.
They asked the Trump campaign for any evidence of their claim and never got any.
When this happened I remembered a reporter asking Cruz about it. He said he had nothing to do with it and Melania is a lovely woman who should not be made part of the fight.
To see so many people claiming Cruz was behind the ad without providing any evidence at all is pretty bad.
I also saw Trump being interviewed by Megyn Kelly and she asked him about the Heidi tweet. The furthest he would go is “Yeah I could have done without that.”
When Megyn told him he twice called her a bitch in a tweet, his answer was “oops.”
Here’s the USA Today investigation of the Melania ad not that it will matter. Many people just seem to repeat any crap they hear even after it’s been proven wrong.
Trump tweeted the least attractive picture of Heidi that I have ever seen. It was intended to say, "your wife is ugly." That was low class. Trump is low class. At the moment, he's also the man America needs, but that was totally unnecessary.
Lyin' Ted Cruz just used a picture of Melania from a G.Q. shoot in his ad. Be careful, Lyin' Ted, or I will spill the beans on your wife!
Ted tweeted back:
Pic of your wife not from us. Donald, if you try to attack Heidi, you're more of a coward than I thought. #classless
23 March: Ted tweeted the following in response to the Heidi-Melania photo:
Donald, real men don't attack women. Your wife is lovely, and Heidi is the love of my life.
As for Ted's father with Oswald, here was the Donald on Fox & Friends, May 3rd:
When this happened I remembered a reporter asking Cruz about it. He said he had nothing to do with it and Melania is a lovely woman who should not be made part of the fight.
But, despite your recall, Google cannot find one place where Cruz disavowed the Melania photo ad, or called for the ad to be recalled.
If so, show me one.
However Trump did admit it was a mistake to have done his tweet, and said if he had to do it over again, he wouldn’t do it.

So where is Cruz’ apology?
And according to this NewsBuster’s article, the MSM wasn’t going out of their way to set things straight.
“Networks Neglect to Fully Separate Cruz from Super PAC Ad Against Melania Trump”
Yes. Also, there was what happened to Ben Carson. Both times the Cruz campaign deflected blame, but IMHO this is the way this slimy jerk operates. He always has surrogates do his dirty work, and plots a path to deniability. Hmmmm, what other candidate, and her husband, have we seen this approach from?
“I take it you didnt read my original post where I said the photo ad was from a SuperPac, not the Cruz campaign. But Cruz never disavowed it, said it was in bad taste, or ask for it to be taken down.”
Cruz cannot coordinate with a (Romney-led) PAC and ask that they take something down. What he did was:
The same day as Trump said, “Lyin’ Ted Cruz just used a picture of Melania from a G.Q. shoot in his ad. Be careful, Lyin’ Ted, or I will spill the beans on your wife!” Cruz said, “”Pic of your wife not from us. Donald, if you try to attack Heidi, you’re more of a coward than I thought.”
The following day, Trump tweeted the ugly photo of Heidi, and Cruz responded, “Donald, real men don’t attack women. Your wife is lovely, and Heidi is the love of my life.” I think that’s a nice way of rejecting the GQ ad without any hint of prohibited coordination.
Mostly though, Cruz followed the advice that all political consultants and campaign managers give: “stay on message”. I think what Cruz did was all that was required - keeping in mind that he is legally prohibited from any actions that would qualify as coordination with a PAC.
So, in the heat of the campaign, an attack ad is launched against Trump’s wife, and even if it didn’t come directly from the Cruz campaign, it was linked to a Cruz PAC. Even accepting the result of the USA today investigation (which came after the fact), how was Trump supposed to know that at the time? It had already become clear that Cruz was untrustworthy. The Ad attacked the morality and substance of Trump’s wife. Of course he reacted. If Cruz had any integrity, and was half as smart as he thinks he is, he would have personally called Trump to disavow the Ad, tell him we was going to make a statement disavowing the Ad (and then do it), and would have publicly chastised those responsible. He didn’t. Further, for him to hide behind this as an excuse for what he tried to do last night (unsuccessfully), is a joke.
Rafael was involved with the events that led to JFKs assassination. He and the entire cadre of involved Cubans evaded interrogation from Jim Garrison and the Warren Commission by simply fleeing the USA. There were strong reasons for Rafael not attempting to gain US citizenship for his 45 years post Cuba.
Teds appointment in the WH by GWB brush-stroked the way for Rafaels citizenship (2005). Ted was entrenched in the Bush administration and GHWB has had unlimited access to agency files for a long time prior to 2005. Poppy cleared the path for Rafaels papers to proceed without question. Cruz has been done many favors by the Bushes, way too many. They own him as family property - Both Cruzs are indebted to 41 & 43.
Remember, all it took was Trump mentioning the the NE article on Oswald/ Cruz and Ted drops out of the race. Ted- with over 10 million campaign cash in hand vowing to go all the way to Cleveland by stealing delegates for his first ballot win! His staff was shocked! His losing results were not the reason for his exit.
The N.E. still-shots from the film of Rafael leafletting for CPCC with Oswald in N.O. surfaced back when Ted ran for the Texas senatorial seat 2013. Wonder who put those out there? Had to be someone in the know with old, very old CIA ties. The film was floated in the public domain, long before Trump or the N.E. knew it ever existed for its relevance - that Cruz had POTUS ambition. But someone knew.
Rafaels past history- as self told, is a complete fabrication in regards to timeline, name, age, family, whereabouts, and activities. Plus, he is also an opportunistic bigamist. His story tale has been discredited by numerous authentic Cuban refugees of his era. For instance, there was never any train service from Key West to Austin, TX.
And, FWIW, a repost from an earlier thread on why the Cruz men have not sued the National Enquirer.
>>>Its noteworthy that shortly after the Nat. Enq. article on his dad, with the pic of him next to Oswald, came out, Cruz suspended his campaign.<<<<
Cruz had no other choice. The photographs and film are real. He was there and acting as an operative for FPCC. Rafael was more than a Cuban-exile student in Texas. He has a much more intriguing past. His age is disputed, his name is admittedly changed, he came to the US under different circumstances than he admits (not alone), he was not admitted to UT to grab a 4-yr degree with no money and no English. He had family in America -both Miami & New Orleans.
>>>Hes never sued the Enquirer for that (JFK- LHO association) or for the 8 mistresses story.<<<
Ted cant sue on the mistress X 8 because 2/8 are very real and there is damning circumstantial evidence as well as the potential for revealing participant testimony. Likewise, Rafael cant sue the NE about their Oswald/JFK insinuations because their evidence is true, and theres more to come if he presses the issue.
>>>It is curious that Cruz the elder went to Canada and stayed there, after 11/22/1963. No one has asked why.<<<
Right, there’s no shortage of oil in Texas!!! And he had a wife and two little girls in Texas (not w Ted’s mom.)
Can’t recall where Rafael originally fled— France? He certainly had Canadian resources since he was photographed there with another protest group earlier in Montreal. The witness-’party of interest list’ included Cruz and several other Cuban exiles (N.O., TX & Miami). One went to France, another to Spain, 1 -2 to Cuba, and 3 to S. America. Not sure who lived long or ever returned to the US over time.
And lest we forget. While in Canada, the Cruzs became Canadians. So why did Felito have the audacity to run for POTUS?
THEY BOTH ARE ON RECORD AS SWEARING TO CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP and thus they voted as Canadian citizens.
Teds mother apparently let her Canadian status just slide into oblivion when she returned to Texas. (It would be interesting to see how they filed their taxes, social security, etc.) Teds father, Rafael, kept his Canadian status for 35 years until Ted was working with the WH for GWB in 2005. Teds insider status through GWB & GHWB allowed him to straighten up Rafaels immigration / legal status and clear the record for US citizenship.
Cruz-A man born and raised in a foreign country to a foreign citizen (Cuban/Commie/Canadian) father and ex-patriated American mother is not a natural born citizen no matter how they try to twist it. He fails to legally qualify in addition to being a moral ethical failure on numerous accounts.
There is a reason why so many of Cruz's colleagues have come out against him, before and now. Romney and Cruz are both insiders, and both have proven this election year that they are not driven by principle. Cruz is certainly capable of coordinating attacks on his opponents, and borrowing a page from the Clinton playbook that facilitates deniability.
“Cruz is certainly capable of coordinating attacks on his opponents, and borrowing a page from the Clinton playbook that facilitates deniability.”
Since Cruz is capable of the crime, he must have done it. Kind of a reverse alibi.
Is it the education system? Or just hero worship? What’s going on around here?
