Hillary Clinton Escapes Federal Indictment But May Face Indictments At State Level...
World Law Direct ^ | July 8, 2016

I recently read the below at a Reddit political forum and it gave me pause to think, and pose a legal question to all of you... If Hillary Clinton were arrested and prosecuted and convicted by, lets say the States of New York, Californian, Arizona, or Nevada for Election Fraud, or for some felony crime where the statute of limitations did not expire, would that state conviction disqualify her to run for President or U.S. Senator?

[QUOTE] "Just because the Clintons gray-mailed their way out of a federal indictment with the below information, does not mean they can skate away from justice in all 50 states.

If any Attorney General of any state has the courage to indict Hillary and/or the Clinton Foundation, here is a case involving 2 murders that she willfully covered up and can be proven beyond any doubt. It is the reason she refused to follow up on this 4 page letter from a FBI informant and his lawyer who was later bought off. Read posts 1 and 23 of this thread and of course the letters which FEDEX confirmed she received.

Now you will understand how Bill and Hillary had the FBI by the balls and why they were so confident of not getting indicted. Lawyers can tell you that 1) The statue of limitations never expire for crimes linked to murders and 2) "Willful ignorance of a crime in progress by a government official" is a felony crime in New York and 33 other states.

There are really 6 murder victims but only these two were covered up by Hillary to protect her friends Jack Goldberg, Marc Rich and Saudi friends who all arranged more than $100 million of "donations" to the Clinton Foundation. The two murders that can be proven are:

FBI Wall Street informant Al Chalem who was shot five times in the head while he was under 24 hour FBI wired surveillance. http://norealmystery.wordpress.com

Former SEC investigator of insider trading for 8 years and presidential aide John Wheeler found in a garbage dump in 2010 still wearing his gold watch, gold ring, and $2000 in his wallet. https://www.reddit.com/r/UnresolvedM...es_now_linked/

Another FBI informant on this company here below is the source of the above information and he worked inside this government front company for 2 years and personally knew the three of the six murder victims and was forced into exile overseas.

By the way, the murder investigations would lead to Wall Street drug money laundering arranged by proxies Goldberg and Rich and Panama bank accounts opened by Hugh Rodham (another proxy) and the Saudi donations made to the Clinton Foundation have already been documented. "

Related Questions:

Can you please cite the law and specific statutes on this legal issue and does "double jeopardy" come into play or not?

Can she be prosecuted in more than one legal jurisdiction at the same time for same, similar, or different crimes?

How much would you guys at WLD charge for to undertake this job?

Assuming evidence was readily available how long would it take to present a complaint to a State AG?

If you folks at WLD do not take political cases, could you recommend at least three competent law firms that would?

Thanks?

If a significant blue state would do the right thing, it could pull the plug on Hillary’s presidential aspirations. The states have plenary power as to how their electors are chosen, and the legislature of a state could simply pass a law declaring that Clinton Cash disqualifies Hillary from being on the ballot. That would have scant effect if enacted in Texas. But if passed and signed into law in Pennsylvania or New Jersey or even Ohio . . .

This will not happen. This sounds more like the bargaining phase of grief over her not being indicted than anything actually likely to happen.

The Supreme Court has ruled that for the legislative branch qualifications other than those in Article 1 are unconstitutional so the same reasoning would apply to the executive branch.

You are 100% correct. I for one would prefer entirely confederal elections for senator and president.

See my my #8.
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector. (Article II Section 1)
The Constitution does not even require that a popular vote be conducted in a given state in conjunction with the selection of that state’s electors. Nebraska (and one other state, IIRC Maine) elects one elector in each CD in the state, and two electors statewide (rather than all statewide, as in the other 48 states). And how can a court presume to say who must, and who cannot, be on a ballot that is not even required by the Constitution???
Article 1 Section 9:
No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state
This provision could, if we had honest representative government, be enforced by the states against a presidential candidate who, as Secretary of State, was a principal in two organizations - the Clinton Foundation and her marriage to Bill - which accepted serious money from foreign governments. Money which might, SCOTUS' preference for Campaign Finance Reform over the First Amendment notwithstanding, find its way into Hillary’s campaign.

Of course, in a country in which such a person could without consequence violate security regs wholesale concomitant to flouting the Freedom of Information Act . . .
