Well unless they announced in advance the code section of law that they were intending to violate then they cannot be prosecuted for it according to the head of the FBI.
Lone shooter spins well with gun control efforts. An organized insurrection or terrorists not so well.
I heard that three suspect in custody aren’t talking.
James Comey has to get in there and re-write the narrative for them.

Whenever incidents like this happen, my first instinct is to assume that everything I hear from the police is complete B.S. They have to make this a vast conspiracy involving dozens of perps armed with military-grade weapons because they can’t publicly admit that one mutant with a handgun could shoot twelve cops like that.

If, as reported last night, there were two snipers in positions to triangulate law enforcement, then it’s pretty obvious it was coordinated.
But we don’t know for sure if that’s the case.
I don’t know about the term conspiracy. I’d just say if several are involved and they coordinated their activities, it would be a planned attack. Like Benghazi.
I am from Dallas and I can tell you that morale in DPD is at an all-time low. The Chief is a complete moron and they just had I think 40 officers leave to work in the Collin County suburbs this year already.
Don’t be surprised if you hear more leaks.
Dallas police are heroes to me on par with 9/11 first responders. If their morale is low they should know t hey are loved.
