No. His stepmother (no blood relation) is white. His mother, a woman of color, is pictured in the article.

In fact on the mother's (not the step mother) facebook there were pictures of a guy holding a rifle (she had called it a high power rifle)

...and I could swear I saw a picture of the stepmother on the father's facebook posing with obama.
