There's a ton of time until the election to sort it out. OTOH, if there had been an indictment, Clinton's lawyers would probably have just enough to time to get one of their corrupt judges to throw out the case and it would be on appeal at election time. The indictment would have been a clearer message if Comney wanted to send a message but I'm not sure he has 100% free will at this point.

Without the MSM harping on Hillary like they did Nixon it was a lost cause

So he did the best he could by laying out all the evidence that she was guilty and making the statement about sanctions etc for others that would do it

I agree. Comey laid out a strong case that Clinton is a lazy and also America hating sack of garbage who has no respect for our nation, laws and security.

The opposition should jump all over his accusations and broadcast them far and wide. Often and in every media, including billboards.

I think all of it is really about protecting Obama and keeping them from investigating his own emails and Jarretts. He sure was happy today with the guilty one. No one talks about him and I think he is the center of it all.
