When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
(more specific in a list of grievances)
Attacks on amendment 2, speech and many grievances already declared might lead to another declaration.

After he signed the Magna Carta, King John began a pilgrimage around England from one church to another ..
His 1st stop was St Mary Le Tower Church in Ipswich...
I was in Ipswich last year and visited that same church...made of stone...still standing...
We don’t have anything that old ...

801 years ago, Why didn’t our government celebrate it last year. They did not even mention it.
I am a direct descendent of King John and a member of the Mayflower Society and am proud that our constitution is based on the Magna Carta
Here’s how I sum up the Magna Carta:
“You can’t expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you.”
How many people know that the Magna Carta contains a clause saying debts to Jews need not be repaid? Look it up.
I’d like to see the Magna Carta tattooed on Hillary’s fat ass. In large print.
I was at the the british libry in london a couple weeks ago, and saw one of the original copies .. very cool to see that.
