These emails will all show up in a box in the residence area of the White House after Hillary is elected President by the Republican elites.

The subject of an investigation is always the last one to be interviewed. The FBI has everyone else on record along with the evidence. Hillary will probably lawyer up to such an extent that she will either refuse to answer certain questions or say she didn't recall anything.

The fact that Pagliano was working privately for the Clinton Foundation along with being a political appointee hired by the State Department presents some obvious intersections of interests. I still believe the Clinton Foundation operations present a much greater threat to Hillary than the security issues, which are very serious.

I liken Pagliano to Alexander Butterfield who revealed that Nixon had a taping system.

As White House deputy chief of staff, Butterfield managed the president’s West Wing schedule. He knew that in February 1971 a voice-activated taping system was installed in the Oval Office and other areas because he ordered the Secret Service to do it. Only a handful of people knew of its existence. And if not for Butterfield’s revelation, the system might have stayed secret.

The “Can’t find Pagliano’s DoS Emails” story is all about the State Department, which is stonewalling a FOIA request. The FBI well might have his emails, whether from the DoS system, the Hillary private server, or some other unofficial system. I bet State has not asked the FBI for whatever data it has, and that the FBI would hide behind “ongoing investigation” if they did.

It’s hard to see how Pagliano could have been employed by DoS for 4 years without him at least receiving emails to an official DoS address, even if only about mundane things, with all his Hillary traffic sent via secret systems. They have his emails, one way or the other, unless he went to a LOT of trouble to destroy not only his “pst” file, but those of everyone who sent him something.

The State Dept is continuing its practice of willful incompetence. Recently, new messages related to Hillary’s minions turned up two years after the initial fake search, when someone had the brilliant idea of searching the EMAIL ARCHIVE SYSTEM. Low and behold the messages had all been sent to archive Siberia just a few days before the official FOIA notices arrived, but the person who sent them “forgot” even when the regular search came up empty. Oops.

Freepers need to get this out to all their contacts. This is a guy who has been tearing into the Clinton Foundation since early 2015 - reputed to be the best financial advisor/analyst around. His work was spelled out in “Wall Street Analyst Who Warned on GE Ahead of Crash” on FR 5/7/16. I’ll post the link to that thread in a minute.

His work needs further attention and we can give it to him here. It gives me some peace to know that someone with the credentials to do so is taking this whole Clinton foundation business seriously.

I believe it’s the DOJ who had given Pagliano immunity. Now, why on Earth would our friend Loretta do THAT? She did it so Pagliano would have the right to REFUSE TESTIFYING TO CONGRESS.

You are jumping to conclusions. Pagliano was a political appointee hired at Hillary's request. He was working for both the State Department and privately for Hillary. All of his communications may have been done thru the private email server and a private email account.

There were only two emails found for Pagliano. One was a birthday greeing from Pagliano to Hillary.

The State Department announced Monday that the agency found no emails to or from Bryan Pagliano, Hillary Clinton's IT specialist, while Clinton was secretary of state.

However, an email already released by the State Department does show an email from Pagliano to Clinton at Clinton's clintonemail.com address, the email that Pagliano himself set up:

There may not have been any emails to delete from Pagliano's government account. And any deletions from the private server could have been ordered by Clinton. Why did Pagliano take the 5th? This may be the reason.

Additional link-actually the article in the original FR thread. Well worth the time to read and digest and stay in touch with his revelations. Far more than we’ll be getting from any government agency at this time. Maybe they’ll move on to more productive material but they need to move fast!

The immunity came after Pagliano's apperance before Congress. On March 2, 2016 the Justice Department announced that Pagliano would be granted immunity in exchange for his testimony regarding the email scandal. The request for immunity was initiated by the FBI.

Pagliano pleaded the 5th before Congress on September 10, 2015.

Hillary can still run with an indictment. Hillary will win with a conviction. Imagine the celebration if she is convicted and given an Obama pardon. They will be dancing in the streets knowing that the queen Hillary “beat” the VRWC and sexist bigot republicans. The bribee of New Orleans, William Jefferson, was given a standing ovation by the democrats when it looked like he was getting away with being bribed. Teddy was celebrated as a hero when he left Mary Jo to die. Robert Byrd was a celebrated KKK member.
