Hillary can still run with an indictment. Hillary will win with a conviction. Imagine the celebration if she is convicted and given an Obama pardon. They will be dancing in the streets knowing that the queen Hillary “beat” the VRWC and sexist bigot republicans. The bribee of New Orleans, William Jefferson, was given a standing ovation by the democrats when it looked like he was getting away with being bribed. Teddy was celebrated as a hero when he left Mary Jo to die. Robert Byrd was a celebrated KKK member.
If she is convicted under the Espionage Act, she can't serve in federal office. I suspect the Dems would like to replace Hillary with Joe Biden who has been having a higher profile lately.
Obama doesn't like the Clintons despite his public support of her and Hillary's love fest with Obama and his policies. Snatching the brass ring just within Hillary's grasp could be his revenge.
If the FBI recommends an indictment, Hillary is done for. A conviction process would stretch for months and maybe years. A preemptive pardon by Obama will end Hillary's political career.
Our system may be corrupt, but we haven't reached the point yet where Hillary under an indictment will be elected President.
