But. But.
Cruz is conservative.
Not that he’s for the border fence, or returning American jobs, or anything else which people are really for.
But he has Goldman Sachs support. That is what is important.

Reagan would throw up over Cruz's claim to be native born. Don't presume to speak for Reagan, propagandist.

We’re done as a nation. A kid just born in Iran by an American father just has to wait 35 years to be president. Great country. I look forward to the first North Korean president whose father was conducting inspections and saw this georgeous starving woman and they made a baby. Yeah see you as well in 35 years.

That’s a rather amazing coincidence that both cases were heard by the same judge.
Or more likely not at all a coincidence.

Faced with a challenge to his eligibility to be POTUS, Ted Cruz is faced with a crucial choice.
1) Spend hundreds of thousands of dollars, maybe eventually up to five million dollars, on Lawyers to fight back against the lawsuits, and invest hundreds of hours of precious time away from his family and/or his job
or
2) Spend a hundred dollars to un-seal and release the paper trail documenting the life of Ted Cruz, and his mother
Hmm.
Once again, ly’in Ted Cruz chooses poorly, and proves he is not fit to be President of the United States of America

Guess you had better let the judge in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court know that he screwed up, too, since he agreed with the lower Pennsylvania court that Cruz was NBC.

It is virtually impossible for a rational, decent person to respect the judiciary.

Unless Cruz registered with the State Department as an American citizen prior to his 18th birthday, documenting his foreign birth, or was naturalized in some other way, he is today a foreigner. This is false and the rest of it is mindless drivel.

Settled law suits from two Pennsylvania courts MORE than a month ago.....but the media blocked it out from the public.
Hmmmmmmm, ever wonder why that would be?
Ever wonder why Trump never filed his own lawsuit against his hated enemy...."Lyin Ted" and left it to the "chumps" to file? Could it be he knew he was "blowing smoke" for political gain?

Unless Cruz registered with the State Department as an American citizen prior to his 18th birthday, documenting his foreign birth Well since Cruz had a US passport prior to his 18th birthday, I think the question of his citizenship has long been settled.

The text of the law(s) use the plural of “parent”, and the judge used the singular in the ruling. THIRD GRADE FAIL!

Cruz was a citizen the moment he was born, because his mother was a \us citizen, so he’s a natural born citizen. The alternative would be a naturalized citizen, but Cruz never had to go through a naturalization process.
