Billionaire Donald Trump, the 2016 GOP presidential frontrunner, told Breitbart News exclusively that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) will vote for Obamatrade again after the electionand would implement Obamas trade agenda if elected president.
Now, hes going to vote for it again, Trump said in a phone interview on Friday. Hes going to vote for it again. Hes just waiting for after the election. He will vote for itbecause the people who give him campaign contributions want it. He will vote for it right after the election.
The first time that the Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) legislation came up in the U.S. Senate, back in the Spring of 2015, Cruz didnt just vote for it. He championed the legislations cause publicly with a series of interviews, wrote a joint op-ed for the pro-Obamatrade Wall Street Journal with the initiatives biggest congressional champion, now House Speaker
Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), and he very publicly challenged the initiatives biggest conservative critic Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), saying in a radio interview in June 2015 that Sessions criticisms were not accurate.
Under incredible public pressure over the next few weeks, as the House of Representatives passed a different package of bills that attached Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA)a subsidy program that provides government benefits to those who lose their jobs because of open trade dealsand as that new package came back to the Senate for a new vote, Cruz shifted his position to oppose TPA.
TPA, or fast-track authority, is a change in the procedures Congress uses to ratify trade deals with foreign nations. TPA lowers the vote threshold for passage of a trade deal out of the U.S. Senate to just a simply majority51 voteskilling the possibility for a filibuster. It also eliminates the ability for Congress to amend any such trade deals.

Trump needs to follow-up by explaining the purpose of Cruz's proposed VAT tax... There is NO plausible cause for a sovereign nation to install a VAT tax... VAT taxes are by design to be the form of taxation used in trade agreements.... like the European Union.
Bingo. Sometimes what people omit saying talks louder than words they actually speak. That is the reason I have been tuning Rush out as of late. He said not one word about the Beck in Waterloo anointing either. Had Mr. Trump done something so foolish, it would have been a 3 hour joke fest.
Now why would Obama hate a Fellow Harvard Lawyer who is senior partner at a law firm that gives Obama and Democrats hundreds of thousands of dollars?
“Ted Cruz was hired as a partner Morgan Lewis & Bockius in 2008, during the presidential election in which Barack Obama became president. Morgan Lewis & Bockius made contributions totaling over $200,000 in support of Obamas campaigns for President, as well as $750,000 to Democrats since Cruz became a partner.”

No, ma’am. A couple of mild comments here and there is not “trolling”.
No, why would I? I’m no more responsible for what he posts than you are.
I do, however, appreciate his efforts to bring sanity and a bit of balance to the conversation.
off topic, in a way, but the article is by Matthew Boyle and was originally a Breitbart article. This could cause Free Republic copyright issues? You may want to just check sources when posting from a blog.
