How’s that gonna work? If other cities do it too, they just trade bums.
We did it in Des Moines back in the nineties. Sent them to Florida. Since we were at the intersection of I-35 and I-80, so we got a lot more homeless than most cities that size.
The homeless can ride the busses back and forth to different cities.
It worked in NYC under Guiliani, believe me. I saw it!
It'll create an underclass that goes from city to city, sleeping on overnight bus trips and in terminals and surviving on the meals they're given as they are sent on their way.
