Ted Cruz spoke to Chris Cuomo this morning on CNN about the Twitter battle that took place between the two of them last night on Western Tuesday. This is what he had to say:

Cruz: But what Donald did last night, and listen, you’re in New York, you’ve seen this a lot. When Donald gets scared, when he gets angry, when he’s threatened, he begins yelling, he begins screaming, he begins often cursing, and he begins trying to be a bully. So last night Donald threatened my wife, he went directly after my wife. And I gotta tell you, number one- Heidi, my wife, she’s the daughter of missionaries in Africa, she’s my best friend in the world, and if Donald wants to get in a character fight, he’s better off sticking with me because Heidi is way out of his league. But it is also– it reveals a lot about character, it reveals a lot about class, that Donald’s instinct is to try to attack my wife and sully her. And you know what, that should be beneath Donald. But you know Chris, the reason he’s doing that? Is because he had a very bad night last night. He got clobbered in Utah. Remember Donald campaigned in Utah, he tried to win in Utah, and he got blown out of the water. And he is seeing Republican uniting behind our campaign.
He’s not wrong.

“Seriously, support Trump with all the vigor you’ve got. That’s great. But why resort to lying about other good conservative candidates such as Cruz?”
Because to admit that Cruz is not the Devil would start to bother their conscience.
They know in their hearts Ducking Donnie is not a conservative, but they try to rationalize it by painting Cruz as a villain.
You know that’s not true. Then why do you promote that lie?

When I read a transcript from Cruz, I can hear that goat-bleat voice of his. He’s the Eddie Haskell of politics.
Cruz’s minion’s intimate that Trump’s wife is a slut, then when Trump calls him on it, and threatens to expose the truth about Cruz’s wife, Cruz cries like a little girl, and runs for his ‘safe space’.
Bingo! They know Cruz is the one honest and honorable person in DC who has a proven track record of fighting against liberal policies (whether they are Republican or Democrat positions).
Trump knows he has to rebrand Cruz as a liar to take away his strength—and unfortunately it is working. Cruz was caught flat footed on this line of attack and has let the lyin’ Ted take hold in many areas.
Ted should have rebranded Trump as bad for the economy...that’s Trump’s strength. But instead he got into the poop flinging contest a little too much.
So when he stepped aside when a PAC went after Trump’s wife in Cruz’s name that was honorable and supported family values?
“Is there NOTHING too low for this worm, Cruz? I’d vote for Hillary now before I’d vote for that POS.”
I simply cannot stand watching the “victory” videos of this guy and his fake actress wife. His kids looked totally disgusted with him during these events. Jim & Tammy Faye Baker got nothin’ on these two charlatans!!!

Cruz said the PAC is independent and has nothing to do with him. Do you have any evidence that the PAC in question is connected to Ted Cruz? Unless you do, this is further evidence that Donald Trump is pure slime.

You know Ted had nothing to do with this. He is not legally permitted to even talk with PACs about such tactics, let alone coordinate such a thing.
It is sleazy, but it’s not like they got these pictures by peering into Ducking Donnie’s bedroom. Melania put these pictures out there.
Trump is more than capable of defending himself.
I seriously don’t know which voice and manner is more revolting, Hillary or Teddy.
