The old conventional wisdom was that Ted Cruz was too disliked by official Washington, too hard-lined conservative, to get the support of the Republican establishment. The new conventional wisdom has the Republican Party movers and shakers turning to Cruz and saying, in effect, Help us, Senator Ted Cruz. Youre our only hope.

Loser and creepy establishment guy to boot.
He is a Bushbot and has hired Bush’s crooked brother.
Can you remember anything as dumb as doing that?
Me neither.
He’s on record stating he’s all in for a brokered convention.
Tells me all I need to know about lil Ted.
That’s a knee slapper! Rubes, the guy with what, no states in his column?
Cruz carries some garbage, but he is far preferable to Trump IMHO. In any case Cruz is running out of time to exceed Trump in the delegate count. How scary could a contested convention be? At some point should Cruz pull out and back Trump?
alleging arrested intellect or malicious intent
....ummmm, did neither. By your suggestion that you left Cruz based on supporters, how does that square with the KKK supporting tRump? Too many strawmen swirling in the wind...

Someone pointed that out to me. The biggest thing we can paint Cruz with is ignorance of the nature of CFR. Big deal. Not everyone can know everything and I am sure if he really did some research he would be disgusted by what the CFR stands for.
No Bush or Bush operative would go over to a candidate who is going to be tough on illegals
... so YOU are a Bushite since you know this to be a fact. Subtle cover you’ve had... Cruz isn’t and never will be part of the Open Borders crowd, and is certainly NOT in favor of the tRump’s Touch Back amnesty, but YOU are, .... interesting

HaHaHa! Opinions vary, cupcake!
Keep telling yourself that cinnamon bread.
What's good about them is what's bad about them. They are both alpha's, neither one will give it up. I think a Trump/Cruz ticket is unlikely for the same reason.
I even like Cruz to stay in the senate. He can do much good there over the next 30 years or so. I'm thinking that Cruz will agree to throw his support to Trump if no one gets the needed delegates in exchange for a supreme court seat. That would work for me.
