Glenn Beck, Brownshirts, and Reality [vanity]

Posted on 03/01/2016 4:02:14 AM PST by Arthur Wildfire! March

Multiple FRiends are beginning to agree with Glenn Beck that the brownshirts are coming. First off they are essentially here already. One group is the New Black Panthers. But yes, there is a danger of anti-muslim brownshirts coming. Just not the way Glenn Beck thinks.

Part of the brownshirt psychology was a persecuted scapegoat -- the Jew. That's what made the nazis more vicious than the Italian facists.

This is how I perceive the early nazi movement:

Militaristic uniforms, marching in storm trooper squadrons, picking fights, inciting riots, and forcing people to say 'Heil Hitler!'

That was BEFORE Hitler came into power as I understand it. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

~~~
The Real Brown Shirt Threat
Germany and Sweden are more likely to fall into dictatorships than we are. Note how the Oregon Militia was taken down so easily. People in the US are hopeful and refused to support them. But Germany, to me, is the trial canary, not so much because of post-Weimar history, but because of current violence.
Muslim Migrants ATTACK Refugee Centre Workers After Their Weekly Entitlement Payment is Delayed http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3402529/posts The payments were delayed because many of these migrants had violated house rules. One can only imagine ... Paying off the hordes with jizya payments is bad enough. But with multiple names, multiple papers, 'there are indications that some men were wrongly drawing several asylum benefits – payments.' [snip]
~~~

More to the point, in Sweden 200 masked men swarmed over a muslim gang and beat them. That's actually healthy defiance IMHO. But if the Swedish backlash is led poorly, it could result in a facist dictatorship.

~~~
Even more troubling ...
Mob cheers as fire engulfs refugee center in Germany http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3400033/posts
'... Police forces ordered three people to leave the scene for obstructing emergency services and detained two intoxicated 20-year-old localsfor ignoring the order.
Investigators believe the fire was caused by arson ...'
[snip]
~~~

Yes, many posts on that thread were favorable of the German backlash, but does that spill over to similar action in the US?

I seriously doubt it. A facist scapegoater would be firing up bloodlust. Nazi propaganda was similar to KKK dehumanization tactics. Brownshirts would incite riots to descecrate mosques and mass beatings of muslims. They would peddle cartoon sheets to dehumanize muslims. It would not be isolated but almost regimented and routine. Trump supporters are nowhere close to the kind of agitprop that would result in a muslim holocaust.

We do suffer from occassional terror attacks, but we don't routinely suffer from the mass outrages that Germany does. Nor has the president scolded us into putting our females into burkas [essentially what Merkel is doing]. Our goal is to prevent such outrages. Prevention is far more humane than a ruthless backlash.

Putin and Europe

You want to see a nation on the verge of racial facism? Germany all over again. But it also spills out to the entire EU. What makes this worse is that Putin eggs them on and offers financial assistance to any European leader who agrees with him. He could become Hitler on Steroids, this time persecuting not only muslims, but also homosexuals. The Ruling Class has pandered to them for so long that they are the ideal scapegoats.

Despite all of that there still might be hope for Germany. This is going to tick off some people, but the best way the US can help them is to elect President Donald Trump.

Even as a candidate, his call for a muslim ban got their attention. They will watch closely when he demonstrates a humane way to restore national sovereignty and common sense. His leadership would help inspire Europeans to kick out their current Ruling Class and replace them with anti-immigration leaders who would be united with Trump's vision. The bonds between the US and Europe could reach record levels.

It also goes deeper than that.

Even if Trump were the monster some people say he is, he does not want discord endangering the world economy. He will desire stability in Europe, which in turn benefits the US not only economically but also geopolitically. The more nations which remain free and non-shariah, the better off the US will be. Sure, he might not know what 'geopolitics' means yet, but soon he will. A quick study, he would soon become a master of the field.

A President Trump would encourage the leaders of Europe to secure their own borders as well and begin mass deportations. He's been openly concerned about Europe. And while he's been friendly with Putin, he will not want Russia forming a newer and larger 'Soviet Bloc' that would be united in its hatreds.

Putin and Trump would probably be similar in ways to Kruschev and Ike. I hope that with Trump it turns out better. Regardless, he will put America first.

According to Solomon, travel broadens the mind. When you step out and look at other nations, you get a fresh perspective. We are not as bad off as Germany at the moment. Nor are we as inhuman as they are becoming. Not yet.

Not lightly, no. Especially not when so many of my past votes have turned on me and then did the opposite of what I thought and was promised.

Anarchy Now!

Let The Great American Reset begin in November 2016!

“Calling Trump supporters ‘brownshirts’ also alienates them.”

What about what some our calling themselves? http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/8b42f510-dee8-11e5-b072-006d8d362ba3.html#axzz41fL56Rm3

Excerpt: “Yes, we could be like the good citizens who voted for a “tameable” Hitler in 1933 to get things back on track. But the alternatives look worse.”

I’ve already gloated that I’m evil. What more do you want?

No, we are not Hitlerites. It goes much deeper than that.
