For over 100 years, courts have held that any person means any person, regardless of citizenship.

The feds have been using that bogus 11 million number for more than 20 years. The real number of criminal illegal aliens in the United States is easily 30-40 million.

This is the correct answer. Deport them the same way they came in: make living here impossible, and they will deport themselves. I’d start by passing a law that says anyone entering into a rental agreement with an illegal alien is aiding and abetting illegal aliens, and is subject to jail time. Then I’d open eVerify to landlords. Also, NO government services, including school for their children, should be available to illegals.
Do that, cut off the checks, and they’ll leave the same way they came in.

tHe first order of business is make being in the US illegally an “A” felony. Right now, it’s a misdemeanor.
As an “A” felony, you can make punishment 20 years or deportation persona-non-grata and permanently ban them from coming back. If they are caught here a second time, the penalty is death.
Tax “remittances” at 90%. End welfare, end education for their children. We have to make being here so difficult for them, that they want to leave.
