Can someone be pardoned BEFORE they are convicted? No way a trial for Hillary will be over before O leaves office.........

But I doubt she’ll ever be charged, let alone go to trial.......

by signing a pardon you are admitting to criminal wrong-doing. otherwise, a person cannot be pardoned.

Trial over? Trial will not even BEGIN during Obama’s Justice Dept. Hillary will be found dead before she is indicted and convicted by the next admin.

Yes. Shortly after he became prez, Ford pardoned Nixon without any convictions.

Sure. You can pardon someone for crimes they may or may not have committed. Gerry Ford pardoned Tricky Dick pre-conviction.

That's my point. She is guilty as hell. If the Obama justice department gets some type of conviction before Obama leaves office... Obama can pardon her. They can convict her of charges not nearly as serious as what she deserves but something that will prevent her from facing double jeopardy later.

If she flounders now I think this would be her best option.
