Jeeze .. didn’t realize with such specificity Stevens’ schedule was compromised like that.
Michael Bay purposefully did not want the movie to be political.
Everybody knew who was in charge when this event took place. Nobody had to be told who the President was, or who the SOS was .. everybody knew.
And .. after people see the movie, and then may find out who the people were who were office and allowed all these people to die .. NOBODY SHOULD VOTE FOR HILLARY CLINTON.
Michael Bay knew that. No politics was necessary.

I was told that the Libyan guards were from the local terrorist groups.
Who hired these guards ..?? They should never be allowed to be in charge of ANYTHING AGAIN.

Benghazi was running guns to the terrorists in Syria. Stevens was meeting with a man from Turkey .. to make arrangements for the guns (former stash of weapons we had given to Libya when it was still a viable country). As soon as the man from Turkey left the compound, the attack began.
And .. if you wonder why there was no security .. the compound in Benghazi was not a “Consulate” as the admin continues to say; it was a front building to a CIA station building. There was limited security for a reason; supposedly to keep people in the neighborhood from wondering what was going on there. This building was not even close to being secure .. at any time.
And .. I find your screen-name interesting .. there used to be a TV series of a Task Force in the Northeast who tracked felons. The series was named “Manhunters”. Most of the time, the perps had missed parole schedules; or missed court dates; or were suspected of committing certain crimes. I loved that show. These guys were from every law enforcement group; and yet they worked so well together tracking down these people. Fast paced and dynamite police work. I wish they would bring it back.
To me .. this shows the utter disregard for our military or Consulate staff.
Hillary is not qualified to be President for ONE BASIC REASON .. SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY PLANS TO PROTECT THIS COUNTRY OR IT’S PEOPLE. HER FIRST OBLIGATION.
Her only motive for running for President is to GAIN stealth info she CAN SELL TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER.

Why am I NOT surprised.
The Producers went out of their way to keep it apolitical, likely in order to attract more of an audience.
Dramatizing the events helped me understand much better the events. Having those Heroes describe just how accurate the film was should put an end to Hillary's popularity among those who value our Military, and others.
Great movie. After seeing It I’ve decided I will not listen to ANY explanation of why troops were not sent to help Americans in trouble because it would be a damned lie!

Have wondered about that, considering the wholesale disregard that awful woman had for safeguarding sensitive and classified info.
When she’s in prison, they should make her watch it, every day. And send a letter per month to the families of the victims for the rest of her miserable life.
You have to give the filmmaker credit for not overplaying his hand. It was bad enough. Typical action thriller louder bangs and computer graphics would have cheapened it. It his the right notes, quietly, like "the banality of evil."
The cinematography was excellent. Little touches were so powerful. I have been haunted by the overhead shots of the embassy compound, where the green grass around the swimming pool was being watered by sprinklers. This, in the middle of a desert country of considerable squalor.
The other imagery that was powerful were the ragged pieces of plastic hanging all over, blowing in the wind like lung tissue, and the dark figures sneakiing around under them. Haunting.
My only problem was how hard it was to understand the dialogue. Don't know if it was because the theater turns the sound up so loud, or just what. It was hard to understand what they were saying.
There was so much going on, I think I will go see it again. I’m sure I missed something. I remember thinking how well armed the enemy was.
It’s even worse than that .. in the latest set of emails, it was discovered (because of the cut and paste antics), that the SOS had exposed the code to the file identifying our CURRENTLY WORKING SPIES.
How’s that for telling our enemies who to hunt for ..??
And .. the fact that they were taking info from A SECURE SERVER, and knowingly pasting it to a NON-secure server .. shows WILLFUL INTENT.
That action by Hillary and her staff .. is way beyond incompetence or malfeasance in office .. WE’RE NOW TALKING TREASON for exposing that information.
I believe the release of this information is why info has leaked that a rebellion is brewing at the FBI, if the DOJ does not charge Hillary.

Although despising this administration more than I do now is a bit of a challenge .
