As you pointed out, this one's really ill-informed. If anything, it supports the case against Cruz. When he was born in Canada, wouldn't he have been given first a Canadian birth certificate when he was born? And with a Cuban father and a Canadian birthplace, wouldn't there have to have been a process to prove his eligibility for US citizenship?

If it's a matter of "which came first", Cruz loses that lottery, I'd think....but that's opinion. Someone's got to sort it out.

This really stinks because Cruz is a top notch candidate. But here’s some of the nitty-gritty about the ‘cage fight’ Mitch McConnell set up [noted above ....]

Cruz gets sympathy-support. Only 1/4 of republicans think he’s not qualified. If this becomes the single-issue of the primary, Cruz might well win the primary after both anti-establishment camps rip each other apart.

Then phase 2 — McConnell’s Senate refuses to back him. Up. Democrats ask, ‘Why not? See, you low-info voters! They don’t think Cruz is qualified. Maybe we were wrong about Obama’s qualification too. Goodness gracious. Professor Laurence Tribe is a super-genius. No wonder we always admired him so.”

Now Cruz has a drag on his support that has NOTHING to do with safe borders or ISIS invading the Free World.
