I don't know who's advising these two Christian business owners, but it seems to me like that the garnishments could have been stopped cold before they happened with a federal injunction until this whole mess has played itself out in court. Are they even serious about fighting this thing, since they don't really act like it, or at least understand that this is a bitter fight to the end with the LGBT mafia. I would have at least pulled the cash out of those accounts before Avakian could get his grubby hands on it.

So wrong on so many levels.

Cruz had them at his Rally for Religious Liberty in Iowa. I hope he contacts them and does something. This is criminal and should be the final straw.

For all the money that’s been donated to the Kleins they showed some very poor financial planning skills to have their accounts available for seizure.
Their accounts should have been in the names of their children and other entities created to shield assets.
Liberals excel at this. Maybe they should hire a liberal law firm
and gth out of oregon

"We had three accounts," she told me. "I have one account that's labeled, 'God's money' - our tithing. They just took it."Well, Mr. Avakian believes he is God. He will find out that he is not immortal and that God does not abide this type of person.

Which is so much more important than mussies feelings.

Avakian has publicly stated his intentions to target Christian business owners Which is unconstitutional in multiple ways.

I think they can start by getting new legal counsel. The judgment against them was issued what, a year ago? And upheld in July? And according to their lawyer they’re still “planning” on fighting the decision? Well what is she waiting for?

Funny how the gays never target a muslim business

"We had three accounts," she told me. "I have one account that's labeled, 'God's money' - our tithing. They just took it." Had they had the Almighty's name on the account then could the state have seized it since it had dual owners, one of whom was not a party to the legal action?
To: 2banana
You noticed that too? Totally coincidental. I mean this has nothing to do with anti-christianity. /s
Fascism. Alive and well in the USA.

And how would any president go about doing that?
They do not have legislative powers.

I would have at least pulled the cash out of those accountsPulling cash out of bank accounts to avoid government confiscation is probably the kind of crime which can send you to prison.

Screw laying down and taking it. Every single church in Oregon should be sent this story, and the elected officials that allowed this to happen.
Then expose those behind it and hunt them. Mercilessly.
