Uh, oh - a new front in the Warmistas' War on the Truth has been opened.
I guess it's nice to get a paycheck to sit around all day and dream these things up...
Teh Smithsonian writes: "It's hard to imagine a global force strong enough to change natural patterns that have persisted on Earth for more than 300 million years, but a new study shows that human beings have been doing exactly that for about 6,000 years..."
The Warmistas have published a "study" in Nature magazine:
http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/vaop/ncurrent/full/nature16447.html
It's probably pure propaganda, as evidenced by a co-author, a professor of botany at the University of Wisconsin-Madison [aka The Berkeley of the Midwest].
Salting the Erf is a bad practice.
Dang them Romans!
This is what happens when people stand with their feet facing the center of the earth on one side and people on the opposite side of the earth are laying flat sleeping at the same time.
A polemic unsupported by even a cursory review of evidence of the huge variety of “climates” over the past 300 million years. Plate Tectonics have been the major determinant of climate. The positioning of land masses and collisions between them have determined currents, rain patterns, and the carbon cycle.
Remember when Science used to have falsifiability as their cornerstone?
Yeah, those days are long gone.
The time span of 300 m years comes from the polemic . . . Err article.
Public schools - stupid people.
Liars.
“...Erf...”
LOL! Too funny.
I wonder when the first humans actually came to be?
Good Lord. These LIB-idiots are too mentally ill to not have forced treatment.
Bfl
Recently it was reported that the new release was the promotion of the idea that the sun has nothing to do with global temperatures.
It was quickly dropped as being tooooo stupid to say with a straight face.
6000 years ago is 1,500 years before the Great Pyramids were built. Hard to believe man could have much of an impact that far back.
It would put the Ussher Bible just about right....
They were shifting continents around as soon as they swung out of the trees, 16 trillion years ago. This was after they caused black holes to appear at the center of galaxies
Well stated. Allow me to restate the obvious in a less eloquent way, HOGWASH!
The control. They can just taste it.
And no mokes like us are going to stand in the way.
