Rush and Co are the modern Chad checkers. They determined the ‘intent’ of what he wrote. I listened to him today. It was pathetic.
I would think a brain surgeon has the intelligence to choose his words as he wishes them used. But obviously everyone knows what he meant except Carson himself.
Lets make that guy President! He can misspeak like the Pope and Obama!
Hey Norm.
If he had written in his book that he was “encouraged” to apply.
That could be a credible statement.
However, saying he was “offered” is an untrue statement by Carson.
No one is “offered” a scholarship to West Point. Period.
“Rush and Co are the modern Chad checkers. They determined the âintentâ of what he wrote. I listened to him today. It was pathetic.”
Very good. I heard yesterday’s show. It was a bit strange to hear Rush channel Carson when he was 17 years old which such accuracy. He never mentioned that Carson wrote about that much later as an adult.
Same as him describing himself, and his recollected bizarre behavior as child, as “pathological”. A medical doctor should certainly know better than to call it pathological, unless today he is still like that under that calm exterior. IMHO Trump is pointing out there are lots of problems with what Carson says, and what he “means” or “meant”, what happened, didn’t happen. Can you imagine this guy running against Hillary? Trump may sometimes be indelicate, but he is truthful, and he is consistent. I’m done with nice, I’m done with “esteemed colleagues” and all that nonsense. Carson may be guileless in what happened with the ROTC and West Point, but if he can’t effectively communicate over the din of the media, he ain’t our guy. The media is not going away, and they will only get more ruthless as the election approaches.
