Politico are always liars. if you think they are honest, YOU are a liar.
Trump is all over the place when it comes to the media, but they sure do give him a lot of free airtime.
One day he attacks a reporter, the next he thinks he/she is great. Trump is a guy who just says and does whatever furthers his aims at the moment. Don’t expect any consistency about Politico from him.
Did Trump quote the Politico story? Did he say his information was from Politico?

Carson did, in fact, write in his book that he was accepted to West Point on a full scholarship. Yet now he claims he never applied.

Oh no! all of this news about Trump ... why I just don’t know!! It makes me want to vote for Carson. Sure he is an empty suit who thinks the pyramids were grain silos and doesn’t mind his adviser Armstrong Williams saying the Nation of Islam should be paid with taxpayer money to patrol the streets of Chicago, BUT now I’ll have to vote for Carson to spite the media. I guess that’s my only move now.
